  • WOW Cataclysm Classic Phase 3: What New Changes Will The Upcoming Rage Of The Firelands Bring?

    Posted: Sep 15, 2024

Hello warriors, recently WOW Cataclysm Classic released an exciting news: Phase 3, originally scheduled for October 2024, will be released ahead of schedule on September 17, 2024!  To be honest, we rarely encounter Classic Phases that are released earlier than expected, so it is hard not to wonder what impact this change will have on the 2024 Classic roadmap and whether it will affect the subsequent launch of WOW Cataclysm.

However, instead of thinking about future content, it is better to focus on what new changes Phase 3 will bring to WOW Cataclysm Classic. This is also what we will focus on in this guide to help you get a better gaming experience in the upcoming new phase.

    Mount Hyjal Zone

First of all, there will be a new event in Mount Hyjal Zone, but in order to participate in it, you must complete many different tasks in this area. So if you haven’t done them yet, do so before you start Phase 3.

To get the first quest of this event, you need to go to the major city and look for the quest board. There will be a quest telling you to go to Mount Hyjal. But is it really that important to complete this quest chain? Of course! Because there are some pretty amazing rewards at the end that are definitely worth the effort!

As you progress through the new story, you will also start to unlock daily quests, which are also very important. Because you will get a new currency. You will use this currency later to unlock some important NPCs who will sell a range of Epic Items, Transmog Items and Unique Toys.

You won’t get these Epic Items right away of course, because you still need to complete a lot of daily quests before then, but it will reward you with Level 365 Epic Items. So you can also do this in all characters so that they are equipped when Cataclysm Phase 3 starts.

    Firelands Raid

Firelands is a level 85 Raid that can be completed in Normal and Heroic 10-man and 25-man difficulties. Killing Molten Lord in this raid is one of the ways to start the questline, which ultimately rewards you with the legendary staff, Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa’s Rest.

Firelands Raid is located on Mount Hyjal. Once you enter the Raid, you will be able to gain Reputation for the new faction and, of course, new loot. In Normal mode, each boss will reward you with equipment of at least Item Level 378. In fact, you can also find a lot of Bind on Equip items and WoW Cataclysm Gold when you kill different trash mobs, so this will be a nice way to earn money.

As we said before, at the start of Firelands Raid, you will gain Reputation for a new Avengers of Hyjal Faction. There will also be a Quartermaster here, where you can get yourself some nice Epic Items based on your Reputation.

    Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa’s Rest

But the new staff, Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa’s Rest, is more exciting than anything else. You can get this staff on the second-to-last boss in the raid. You can then right-click it and transform yourself into a new form, or your Cat Form will change appearance. It’s absolutely cool!

Getting this legendary staff is difficult, though. It will be a long quest chain that will probably take you 5-10 weeks to complete because you need to get a lot of different materials in Firelands. In the end, you will get a magical staff and a new Flying Mount, or, in PVP terms, a new way to transform yourself into a new Flying Mount.

    New Questlines

In addition to this, Phase 3 also provides players with two more level 85 quest lines, which are available to both Alliance and Horde players.

    Firelands Invasion

The first questline is Firelands Invasion, which will eventually unlock the level 85 Molten Front sub-region within Mount Hyjal. Here, players can complete daily quests to gain reputation and rewards with Mount Hyjal faction. Players who have completed Mount Hyjal region can begin Fireland Invasions via the breadcrumb quest, Guardians of Hyjal: Firelands Invasion.

If you haven’t completed the prerequisite quests yet, you will be given another breadcrumb quest, Guardians of Hyjal: Call of the Ancients to get you started.

    Elemental Bonds

Elemental Bonds is another questline that players can experience in Phase 3, which can be started by picking up the quest Call of the World-Shaman on Mount Hyjal. This questline is more narrative-focused, revolving around the ongoing restoration of Thrall’s story after his encounter with Fandral Staghelm. Phase 3 will also bring a new HD Textures quality of life update, providing enhanced visuals throughout the game.

    Possible Dungeon Changes

Finally, one question that remains in Phase 3, and in WoW Cataclysm as a whole, is dungeon changes similar to Titan Rune Dungeons, which would add another set of difficulty modifiers and 10-man Normal raid gear from Phase 2 raid dungeons to the dungeon loot pool. However, there hasn’t been any new information about the future development of this system since BlizzCon 2023, so we don’t know if it’s still a possibility.

In short, as you progress through Rage of the Firelands, you’ll gradually unlock more and more stories and quests. So, get ready and let’s look forward to the arrival of Cataclysm Classic Phase 3!

  • WoW Cataclysm Classic: A Complete Guide To Newly Released Rise Of The Zandalari In Phase 2 - Strategies & Rewards

    Posted: Jul 31, 2024

Phase 2 of Cataclysm Classic has been launched on NA servers on July 30th and on EU servers on July 31st. Just when you thought you’d heeded the advice to stay away from da voodoo, a new challenge emerges. This challenge invites you to brave the lands of Zul’Gurub and Zul’Aman, uncover and thwart the plots of Zandalari and their brethren, and be handsomely rewarded for your efforts.

    A Threat Fought In Secret

Vol’jin is playing it safe, sending Darkspear delegates to the capitals of Stormwind and Orgrimmar, calling on all adventurers who can physically investigate a threat that has recently emerged in Stranglethorn jungle.

However, Gurubashi tribe appears to have regained its strength and is wreaking havoc in Stranglethorn. You can now embark on a new level 85 single-player quest in Stranglethorn, restored by a new alliance with Zandalari, players will assist a sassy, headstrong Darkspear spirit-talker named Bwemba as they track down Hemet Nesingwary, and then encounter a host of new Zul’Gurub bosses in Stranglethorn’s steaming jungles.

As a reward for solving Stranglethorn’s problems, you’ll be rewarded with an adorable panther pet that will require your loving care. Players should seek out Vol’jin’s representatives in Orgrimmar or Stormwind Harbor to initiate this adventure.

    Return To Zul’Gurub

With the support of Zandalari, Gurubashi people have once again rallied around this ancient city, determined to strike back against those they perceive as invading their ancestral lands. Now, this level 85, 5-player Heroic dungeon brings a whole new challenge. Having enough WoW Cataclysm Classic Gold will be key for players who wish to delve into these new challenges, as it will help you prepare the equipment and resources needed to ensure you can take on these challenges and reap the rich rewards they bring.

If you choose to ally with Darkspears, you will be well aware that invasions come at a cost. High Priest Venoxis, Broodlord Mandokir, High Priestess Kilnara, Zanzil, and Jin’do the Godbreaker - these enemies will not let you go easily.

Cut off their heads and you will be rewarded with a treasure map that may lead you to valuable loot. One of the most eye-catching is an account-bound ring that is inlaid with a huge gemstone, making it instantly visible when worn!

For players with advanced Archaeology skills, Zul’Gurub offers an additional challenge - unlocking a special boss. This boss will be a random one of Gri’lek, Renataki, Hazza’rah, and Wushoolay, who are chosen to punish adventurers who pursue treasure too much without considering the consequences. If your party survives this challenge, you will be rewarded with generous rewards from all four bosses, as well as valuable loot unique to each boss.

    Amani Regrouped

With the support of Zandalari, the remnants of Amani have regrouped under the steadfast leadership of Daakara. Zul’Aman has been transformed into a challenging level 85, 5-player Heroic dungeon. Akil’zon, Nalorakk, Jan’alai, Halazzi, Hex Lord Malacrass, and Daakara hope to bring their tribes out of secrecy and become a force to be reckoned with. Challengers should proceed with caution.

To access Zul’Aman and Zul’Gurub, players must reach item level 346 or higher. These two heroic dungeons will appear in Dungeon Finder as separate heroic difficulties that exceed the current Cataclysm Heroic dungeons. As a reward, they will provide players with epic-quality loot at item level 353.

In both dungeons, players can expect to find items that cover almost all gear slots, although the rewards are mainly focused on providing some hard-to-fill slots or specializations, such as bracers, helms, shoulders, guns, and wands.

    Rare Mounts And More

Retaining the original features of Zul’Gurub and Zul’Aman, players will obtain updated versions of rare mounts. In Zul’Gurub, players can obtain Swift Zulian Panther and Armored Razzashi Raptor as mounts, while in Amani, by defeating the first four bosses within the time limit, players can obtain Battle Bear.

With the opening of challenges in the two heroic dungeons of Zul’Gurub and Zul’Aman, players will embark on an adventure full of dangers and opportunities. Through these challenges, players will not only obtain powerful equipment and rare mounts, but more importantly, they will become the key force to resist the conspiracy of Zandalari and his allies.

  • WoW Cataclysm Classic: What We Know So Far About The Upcoming Changes In Phase 2? - New Raids, Mounts And More

    Posted: Jul 25, 2024

Recently, the developers finally announced the release date of WoW Cataclysm Classic Phase 2 and some very interesting changes that will come with it.

Phase 2 will launch on July 30, 2024, and players will have the opportunity to tackle some familiar, troll-filled raids in a whole new way. Although the full details of Phase 2 update have not been announced so far, it is expected that players will not have to wait too long to challenge the powerful Troll hordes on Classic Era Server.

In this guide, we will talk about some of the new content that we know so far about what will be introduced in Phase 2. Without further ado, let’s get straight to it!

    Troll Empires

Troll Empires are the oldest civilizations in Azeroth. They have long been divided, but Zandalari tribe has now decided to bring all Empires together.

In Rise of the Zandalari, we’ll learn more about the different Troll tribes and see what United Empires will eventually look like.

    Reworked Troll-Themed Raids

As we learn more about the unity of Troll tribes, we’ve learned that they’ve reclaimed former Troll Strongholds: Zul’Gurub and Zul’aman.

As we all know, WoW Cataclysm Phase 1 introduced three familiar raids, and Phase 2 will bring similar content. Phase 2 will bring these two reworked Troll-themed raids to the open world in a way that players have never experienced before.

Now, they’ve received a new update, including improved bosses, loot, and mounts. If you want to have a better chance of winning all encounters and winning these loot, it’s crucial to invest more WoW Cataclysm Classic Gold in your character build to fully upgrade it.

In Phase 2 of WoW Cataclysm Classic, both Zul’Gurub and Zul’aman will become level 85 Heroic Dungeons that players can tackle. Arguably one of the most interesting 10-player raids in World of WarCraft history, Zul’aman was first introduced in Burning Crusade expansion and is the only way to unlock Amani War Bear Mount. Unfortunately, this feature is not available to players on Classic Era servers.

    Zul’aman

But in Cataclysm Phase 2, Zul’aman will be brought back to life with new mechanics and plenty of challenges, giving players the following bosses to fight:

    • Akil’zon
    • Nalorakk
    • Jan’alai
    • Halazzi
    • Hex Lord Malacrass
    • Daakara

    Zul’Gurub

Zul’Gurub was one of the earlier raids in World of WarCraft Vanilla, and it’s making a return in WoW Cataclysm Classic as a new addition to Phase 2. However, this Heroic Dungeon also won’t work the same way as players remember the original raid. In the new Heroic, players can fight the following bosses:

    Required Bosses:

    • High Priest Venoxis
    • Broodlord Mandokir
    • High Priestess Kilnara
    • Zanzil
    • Jin’do the Godbreaker

    Optional Bosses:

    • Gri’lek
    • Renataki
    • Hazza’rah
    • Wushoolay

One of the optional bosses can be summoned by players with a high enough Archaeology, a skill that was added in WoW Cataclysm Classic expansion. Additionally, after defeating the supreme boss, you’ll unlock a treasure map that you can take and unlock the powerful Account Bound Ring, which has a gem so big you can see it when you wear it!

    Rare Mounts

Players can also unlock rare mounts in WoW Cataclysm Phase 2. Of course, this isn’t the original either, but the mounts available in Cataclysm’s Heroic Dungeon.

Epic mounts in Zul’Gurub include Swift Zulian Panther and Armored Razzashi Raptor. Amani War Bear Mount unlocks if you defeat the first four bosses of Zul’aman before time runs out.

    Epic Drop Rate Increases

If you want to try out the content in WoW Cataclysm Classic Phase 2, you’ll need items at item level 346. You’ll find these two new Heroic Dungeons in a separate Heroic difficulty tier in Dungeon Finder, meaning they’re harder than the current Cataclysm Heroic Dungeons. Of course, with that comes better rewards, too, with item level 353 Epic drops in nearly every gear slot.

The big takeaway, though, is that previously harder-to-find gear slots like Bracers, Helmets, Shoulders, Gun, and Wands are also seeing their Epic drop rates increased. That’s pretty exciting!

    Dungeon Finder Update

In addition, Cataclysm Phase 2 brings an update to the existing LFD or Dungeon Finder Tool called Call to Arms.

This update allows players to obtain Satchel of Exotic Mysteries while queuing for underrepresented roles in Dungeon Finder. When the system finds that a character is underrepresented in the queue, it will highlight that character with a Call to Arms icon in Dungeon Finder UI. To obtain these rewards, you must solo queue and must complete the dungeon by killing the ultimate boss.

While we don’t have any officially confirmed rewards yet, based on our experience with Phase 1, we’re guessing that when Rise of the Zandalari first launches, Satchel of Exotic Mysteries may include the following:

    • Gold
    • Rare Gems
    • Flasks/Potions
    • Non-Combat Pets
    • Mounts (Dungeon Drops Only)

Most of the time, Call to Arms will probably be for Tanks or Healers, but may occasionally supplement DPS players. This update is a great incentive for players willing to fill underrepresented roles and help shorten queue times for those who don’t.

That’s all we know about the new changes coming to Phase 2 of WoW Cataclysm. Get ready as soon as possible and let’s start a new adventure together!

  • WOW Cataclysm Classic: How To Get The Rarest Transmogs In The Upcoming Phase 2? - Location & Notes

    Posted: Jul 24, 2024

Transmogs are a very popular feature in World of Warcraft, perfect for players who play on retail or Cataclysm-era servers. This feature allows each character to have more unique and creative customization options. In the minds of players, collecting different types of gear for transmog has become very important, even more than performing missions or raids in the game!

What I need to remind you here is that transmog was added in Cataclysm expansion, so you don’t have to start exploring from scratch. You can use some of the equipment or weapons you have already acquired to transmog when expansion is released.

Similarly, in WOW Cataclysm Classic Phase 2 Rise of the Zandalari, which will be released on July 30 as the second phase of the entire expansion, you can also use transmog. Any items you’ve previously acquired through quests, crafting, or even drops will appear in your transmog directory.

Transmog sets available to each character are determined by their classes. For example, casters can only use cloth transmogs, while Paladins or Warriors can use plate and mail gear. This guide will detail the best transmogs you can use in the game, so you can be ready before Phase 2 arrives!

    Circle Of Flame

    • Location: Dropped by Lord Incendium Ambassador Flamelash in Blackrock Depths

This is a mid-level item, but the drop rate for this item is only a measly 2%, which makes it one of the most sought-after items in the game. It’s not without a replacement though, you can get a Crown of Desolation from Ragnaros in Molten Core raid to replace it. However, both items are very difficult to obtain and require some effort on your part.

    How To Find Ambassador Flamelash?

Before explaining how to find the boss that drops Circle of Flame, I need to remind you that there is a level scaling function in Retail WoW, so if you want to get this item, your dungeon must be scaled to match your character. The same level, and you also need to team up with others to complete this exploration.

The following steps are for Cataclysm because there is no level scaling, so you can complete them independently with a high-level character.

Go to Blackrock Depths. This is one of many instances in the infamous Blackrock Mountain, and is usually the first place players visit, as it is a level 40-45 dungeon. Turn left at the entrance, go through the gate, and enter the door on the right that leads directly to West Garrison.

Then find Grim Guzzler. This is the hottest tavern in Azeroth. Go through the back door, stay on the left, go up the first staircase, and turn right.

Defeat Flamelash. Ambassador is alone in a large room filled with lava, but during the battle, several small fire elementals will join the battle and help him. He probably won’t drop Circle of Flame on the first try, so be prepared to do this a few times.

If you have run this dungeon before and have the keys to get into West Garrison, you can complete the steps above. If you haven’t been to Blackrock Depths before, you can still go this route, but you’ll need a high-level character or a powerful class.

    Black Embersilk Gown

    • Location: Get the recipe from the sewing trainer

This item is one of the new decorative clothing added in Cataclysm, and you need to reach level 500 in the Tailoring skill to craft it. In addition, you need to use 8 bolts of Embersilk to craft it, so if you are currently using another class, you can use WOW Cataclysm Classic Gold to obtain it at Auction House or commission someone else to make it.

But in fact, making Black Embersilk Gown is not that easy. Although this item is just for decoration, it requires a lot of expensive and rare materials, including Volatile Fire dropped by specific high-level enemies in Mount Hyjal, and Chaos Orbs dropped by the final boss of heroic-level dungeons, which are very difficult to obtain.

It is also necessary to remind you that LFG function in Cataclysm will only show the option for Heroics when your total gear score is 329 or above, so you should always pay attention to your gear situation. Also, Chaos Orbs don’t drop in regular dungeons, you need to look for higher-level dungeons.

    Robe Of The Malefic

    • Location: In the hands of Keeper of Lost Artifacts Tydormu in Scale of Sands

Every caster in the current game wants this Robe Of The Malefic. Also known as Hood of The Malefic, it has a pair of long horns and a set of giant bat wings. The only way to get this set is to enter Mount Hyjal raid and compete with Archimonde when he drops Forgotten Conqueror’s Chestguard. Once you win the dice, you can trade it with Tydormu.

    How To Find Tydormu?

The vendors who trade these items are usually well hidden, and so is Tydormu. Before trading, you need to prepare the tokens it needs in case the trade fails.

You can go to Caverns Of Time. Fly through the entrance to Sanctuary. It’s the second Sanctuary to the right from where the dragon dropped in Cataclysm expansion.

Join Mount Hyjal Raid. You must be level 65 or above to join the raid and have Classic WoW installed.  And speak to Tydormu. Find him wandering the “foyer” of Mount Hyjal raid. This raid has multiple portals leading to different stages, making it one of the most complex and difficult 40-player raids in WoW.

These are the best transmogs you can choose from in WoW Cataclysm Classic. Hopefully, you can use them to your advantage in WoW Cataclysm Classic Phase 2 Rise of the Zandalari! Have fun exploring!

  • WOW Cataclysm Classic: How To Improve The Current Poor QoL In The Game? - Best Addon Guide

    Posted: Jun 20, 2024

Since its release, Cataclysm has been considered the worst expansion for WoW Classic. We have to admit that WoW Cataclysm needs some work to become a significant expansion. Fortunately, there are quite a few addons that can improve our game experience in ways we never thought possible.

    Major Issues

To turn Cataclysm from the worst expansion to the best expansion, we first need to address four major issues in the game.

First, we have to fix everything in the interface, from the terrible Group Finder to Chat Spam, which makes it very difficult to recruit for raids and enjoy the game.

Second, we have to fix the clunky problem of maxing reputation and maxing professions on each alt. Fortunately, we have a new AI tool that will save us thousands of WoW Cataclysm Classic Gold in a more modern way, allowing our professions to level up faster.

The third problem we had to fix was that Heroic Raids in Cataclysm are really hard, so we’re going to give you some tools to push dungeon runs. This is really going to help you out a lot.

The fourth problem is that once you clear all those Heroic dungeons, you’ll have so much loot that loot distribution and how you manage it can quickly become a burden. Don’t worry, I’m here to teach you how to make really cool character gear to show off to your friends.

    Fixing The Interface Addon

The first problem was the terrible Group Finder that players kept complaining about. Some Cataclysm groups were even forced to advertise in Barrett and Hold zones in order to recruit for raids. It was a disaster.

    Group Bulletin Board

Our solution was to use the old Group Bulletin Board Addon, which was our best hope for group play. The caveat is that I had to go into settings and select all the different dungeons and groups to get it to work out of the box.

Global Ignore List And Chat Spam Filter

Secondly, one problem with relying on Chat Spam to fill your group is that Gnomes often spam the chat, which makes it harder to find group members. Even worse, NPCs are always shouting stupid things, and players are always promoting their upgrades. Of course, you always see some asshole who is trying to sell you his GDKP.

The problem is that we can’t turn off the chat because Group Finder is so bad, so we are forced to use the chat system.

Luckily, we found an Addon called Global Ignore List and Chat Spam Filter, which allows you to block terms such as GDKP boosting and even ignore NPCs completely. This way, we can finally meditate on the game without being disturbed by anyone. I have to say that Cataclysm already feels a lot better after our interface fixes.

    Reputation Addons

But there is a bigger problem. Most players have to earn different reputations for each character they upgrade. Therefore, they have to complete specific daily tasks and max out very expensive professions, which is a nightmare. However, three specific Addons have completely fixed these issues in Cataclysm.

    Ny’s To-Do List

The first is Ny’s To-Do List, which is like any other to-do list on a phone app. This one just happens to be in-game. I find it’s much easier to improve my gaming experience when I have all the steps I need to do laid out right in front of me.

    Reputation Guide

The second Addon I’ve been using is Reputation Guide, which shows you how much reputation you have left, how many monsters you need to kill, how many quests you need to turn in. Realistically, these are all things that should be in Cataclysm by default, but they aren’t.

    Dailies

The third and most powerful Reputation Addon, it’s Dailies. Once you pick up all the dailies, they’ll safely go into the list, making our reputation sorting a lot easier.

    Profession Addons

But that expensive and frustrating profession problem still exists. You have to max them out in every single one of them. That’s where the gaming tools app comes in, though.

We simply entered our server and target level into the game tool and we were instantly given a shopping list for the most cost-effective way to reach level 525. It uses AI to dynamically figure out the best route so you can save a ton of Cataclysm Gold. It made my Cataclysm experience so much better. This is definitely the future of profession leveling.

    Heroic Raids Addons

We now have to address the biggest problem in Cataclysm, Heroic Raids themselves. This is where the right application of Addons turned my hatred of Cataclysm raids into a love, and it’s now the thing I look forward to most every week. We got clobbered by Nefarian the first week, but now, we’ve taken down six Heroic bosses and made some really good progress.

    Nova Raid Companion

The first Addon is getting Nova Raid Companion, which is a Cataclysm timer that updates all raid cooldowns. You can also click on the mini-map to instantly see if your raid is fully buffed, depleted, and repaired. I have to say being able to see Talent and even Offspec Talent of each team member is a real plus.

    WeakAuras

In addition to Nova Raid Companion we also have WeakAuras which is a must for every boss we face and it really improves our raids progress.

Also, it provides a wearable that automatically minimizes the camera, Max Camera. Whenever I enter the game, it automatically minimizes the camera, which is very helpful for my raid awareness.

    Loon Best In Slot

Eventually, you will get a lot of new loot. The question is how do we best distribute it and who should get the new loot? This is where Loon Best In Slot is wonderful. It adds tooltips for each item based on Best in Slot list, which makes it easier for each raider to understand and distribute loot.

    ReforgeLite Classic

Once you have your new gear, Reforging will be a headache again, and this is where ReforgeLite Classic Addon comes in. Ideally, your Class Discord should have suggestions for stat weights. You simply enter these stat weights and automatically reforge your gear every time you get a new part.

    Equipment Sets

For these new upgrades, while they can still be a burden if you have trouble managing them, I like using Equipment Sets to manage my gear sets to look nice. It lets you save Transmogs and load them, which is something that should really be in the interface.

    Narcissus Classic

By default, if you want to show off your gear to the masses, Narcissus Classic lets you take some of the prettiest character shots imaginable. After all, what’s the point of getting new gear if you can’t show it off to everyone?

So that’s our pick of the best addons we’ve found to solve most of the problems we’ve encountered in Cataclysm. Hopefully, they can help you improve your gaming experience a bit more.

  • WOW Cataclysm Classic: You’ll Need These Best New Recipes As An Illustrious Cook

    Posted: Jun 17, 2024

Cataclysm expansion has torn Azeroth apart once again, and with the release of the new World of Warcraft expansion comes a new level cap of 85 for characters, as well as professions like Fishing, First Aid, and Cooking.

Illustrious Grand Master in the latest version starts at level 425, the highest level in Wrath expansion, capping at 525. This also means a whole new set of daily cooking quests and new recipes to use.

For players who want to have a taste for fine cooking, there are over 30 new recipes to learn in Cataclysm, even if you don’t have the skill and the buffs. However, these Chef’s Awards take a lot of time to accumulate, so you’ll need to prioritize your recipes. This guide will introduce you to some of the most useful Illustrious Grand Master cooks as you explore the new areas.

    Knowing About Recipes

Each major city, such as Dalaran and Shattrath, a neutral city, will have a Cooking trainer who will teach you Illustrious Cooking Mastery. Once you visit the trainer and gain Illustrious Cooking Mastery skill, you can craft new Cataclysm recipes.

Each major city will have 5 different Daily Quests for both factions, and completing all of them will earn your Achievements. These are things you can learn from your trainer, or you can earn from vendors using Chef’s Awards. Other rare and magical recipes can be earned by honing your reputation with WoW Cataclysm Classic Gold.

For those new to these events, it can be a question of which areas are more likely to find what Cooking materials. Hyjal and Vash’jr are the first places players visit, so you’ll want to make sure you have your fishing gear fully stocked before you start exploring.

The following recipes all cost 3 Chef’s Awards, and while Cooking materials may be item level 80 or higher, the recipes have no level requirements. As long as you don’t mind taking a few risks when gathering materials, they’ll increase Cooking from 425 to 525 without having to go past level 80.

The good news is that even if you have unlocked no quests or flight paths, you can still explore new areas and go fishing or hunting.

    Illustrious Cooking At 450

This is probably the easiest recipe for low-level Chefs to get started with, as long as you’re at level 450. You can use the buffs from these foods for grinding, PVE, and non-Heroic dungeons. Don’t forget to invest in some Imported Supplies for those hard-to-find materials.

    Feathered Lure

This material is quite interesting and doesn’t really deserve to be a recipe, but since Fishing and Cooking are related in some ways, it makes sense to include it here. This item will help level up both classes.

  • WOW Cataclysm Classic: Follow These Combat Tips To Easily Beat Halls Of Origination!

    Posted: Jun 11, 2024

Halls of Origination is one of the most popular dungeons in WOW Cataclysm Classic, not only because it has a vast and complex environment for players to explore, but also because of the seven uniquely challenging bosses and the rich loot in the dungeon. Although four of them are technically optional, the items they can drop are definitely worth your pursuit.

Halls of Origination is a final dungeon unlocked at level 84, and it provides a fair challenge for players on their journey.

The dungeon is located in Uldum, almost directly north of Vortex Pinnacle. Most players will encounter it during quests, especially during Harrison Jones questline.

    Boss Encounter Guide

Next, let’s talk about the seven bosses you will encounter in Halls of Origination and how to defeat them.

    Temple Guardian Anhuur

The first one you will face is Temple Guardian Anhuur. Luckily, this is also the easiest boss you’ll face in the dungeon.

Burning Light is an area attack that players must avoid. At the same time, Anhuur applies Divine Reckoning to random players. This deals significant damage to the player and heals the boss for 5 times as much damage. Therefore, it’s crucial to dispel Reckoning before it expires.

Other key abilities to watch out for are Shield of Light and Reverberating Hymn. Once health reaches 66% and 33%, Anhuur will gain a full absorb shield and begin channeling.

Two players will need to head to opposite sides of the room to activate the lever. It’s important to avoid angering Pit Vipers, as it will prevent the other player from using the lever. Then you’ll just have to cycle through the stages before defeating the boss.

    Earthrager Ptah

Another easy boss fight in the dungeon is Earthrager Ptah, thanks to the simplicity of its mechanics and relatively easy damage and aggro checks.

Raging Smash is the main damage effect to watch out for, as it deals massive damage to the tank and two other players in melee range.

When health drops to 50%, the boss will despawn and summon adds. Tanks should quickly kill these mobs and burn them down with DPS.

Once the adds are dead, Ptah will reappear. During this time, continue to watch out for and avoid Tornado and other environmental hazards. Players will defeat the boss easily by simply continuing to deal as much damage as possible while avoiding Melee Cleave.

    Anraphet

Anraphet is one of the three bosses we will encounter in Halls of Origination. Its key skill is Alpha Beams, which targets random players and deals damage in a 5-yard radius around them.

As a damage-dealing skill, they can be a little difficult to avoid, but once you learn the cast time, this shouldn’t be a big problem.

Additionally, Tanks and Healers need to be careful with Nemesis Strike, which deals Shadow damage every two seconds for ten seconds. Quickly dispel it to keep the tank’s health level up.

In addition, the entire team will be hit by Omega Stance, which will deal a lot of damage and slow the team by 50%. Fortunately, healing can negate the slowing effect as much as possible. Therefore, it is very important to spend some WOW Cataclysm Classic Gold to prepare Healing Potions before entering the dungeon!

The biggest attack to watch out for in this fight is Crumbling Ruin. This skill reduces the team’s health by 10%, which can be stacked up to ten times. Once hit by this attack, the entire team is doomed. The victory of the entire battle ultimately depends on whether the team can output enough damage to end the battle before the boss.

    Isiset, Construct Of Magic

Isiset is arguably the most difficult of the four optional bosses to defeat.

The first spell you need to pay attention to is Supernova. When the boss casts the spell, all members of the team must turn around before it ends to avoid getting lost.

Astral Rain is an important AoE spell, and healers must stay ahead of it because of its enormous area of effect. Additionally, you’ll need to coordinate with your companions and quickly dispatch Celestial Familiars to keep the boss’ damage under control.

At 66% health and 33% health left, Isiset will split into several Familiars. Note that all of these are tied to specific abilities, so while the boss can no longer cast Familiars, other abilities will be enhanced.

    Ammunae, Construct Of Life

To defeat Ammunae, a DPS character will need to keep an eye on Seedling Pods, which will appear periodically throughout the fight. You’ll need to kill them quickly to prevent them from unleashing stacking heals on the boss, which will make it very difficult to kill it.

These Pods can also turn into Bloodpetal Blossoms, which deal impressive damage. If the boss manages to spawn some, kill them quickly.

    Setesh, Construct Of Destruction

Setesh has several powerful abilities that can quickly wipe out the entire party if not handled correctly.

Chaos Bolts will target random players instead of melee attacks. There is little you can do to mitigate this damage, so healers need to be aware of who is getting hit.

The main thing to do in this fight is to be aware of where Setesh is summoning portals. These portals will quickly start summoning adds, which can become a big problem, so it’s your job as a DPS to destroy the portals as quickly as possible.

These Seeds of Chaos on the floor are also not to be underestimated. You can stand near them and wait for them to explode. While you will take some damage, it will increase your damage by a large amount for 15 seconds, making it well worth the effort.

    Rajh, Construct Of Sun

Rajh will be the most interesting fight you will encounter in Halls of Origination dungeon. Rajh starts with 100 energy, which he uses to cast his abilities. Be aware that once his energy is completely depleted, he will head to the center of the room to recharge and cast a huge AoE that is difficult for players to survive.

To avoid this, players need to try to keep his energy meter up by interrupting as many of his ability casts as possible. Both Inferno Leap and Summon Sun Orb can be interrupted, so you should take advantage of every possible opportunity.

The above are the 7 bosses you need to face in Halls of Origination. With these tips, you will easily pass the dungeon and get rich loot!

  • WOW Cataclysm Classic: Choose These 10 DPS Specs To Make Your Game More Comfortable!

    Posted: Jun 06, 2024

For all gamers, the pursuit of the ultimate experience in the game is very necessary. However, no game is perfectly balanced, and Cataclysm Classic is no exception. In terms of pure DPS, some classes are better than others, and choosing a DPS Spec that can cause crazy damage is an important factor in satisfying players’ pursuit.

After Phase 1 of World of WarCraft: Cataclysm Classic went online, many players wanted to return to the battlefield with a very ideal DPS Spec so that they could easily find a Raid group.

Knowing the 10 best DPS Specs to play in Cataclysm Classic currently shown to you in this guide will help you make a choice.

    1. Unholy Death Knight

Unholy Death Knight is one of Death Knights, and they are particularly powerful. The super powerful Summon Gargoyle’s skills contribute the most to their power, and they can produce huge AoE bursts and continuous Single Target Damage. They excel at Dungeon Farming, and there is no raid encounter that they cannot excel at.

The other Death Knight, Blood Death Knight, is an extremely powerful Tank, and both DPS Specs are in the top ten. However, Unholy Death Knight performed well in Cataclysm Classic and can be said to be the best DPS Spec in Phase 1 of World of WarCraft: Cataclysm Classic.

    2. Survival Hunter

Hunter can play an important role in team battles due to its tremendous damage and the powerful utility hunters it has (such as Misdirection). Survival Hunter is an important one among them because they do not need a lot of equipment to play a role.

However, the quality of equipment will affect the ability of Survival Hunter, but they will start to cause tremendous damage before Gear Dependent Spec.

If you are interested in Survival Hunter, you can use WOW Cataclysm Classic Gold to provide it with the necessary equipment.

    3. Fire Mage

Fire Mage can achieve results that other Specs cannot approach in many situations, but this requires good game operation, proper settings, and a little luck. Because it requires luck to achieve optimal DPS, even if this RNG element doesn’t detract too much from its power, it’s still a frustrating trait for some players.

Fire Mage’s iconic Combustion in Cataclysm Classic takes this Spec to a whole new level.

    4. Demonology Warlock

Phase 1 of Cataclysm Classic is a great time to experience Demonology Warlock. Demonology Warlock offers incredible burst in both AoE situations and Single Target Encounters.

Demonology Warlock has been reworked from Wrath, and everything came together at the beginning in Cataclysm. As a Warlock, they also offer a ton of utility and AoE cooldowns.

    5. Arms Warrior

Arms Warrior has amazing and sustainable Single Target Damage and an excellent Burst Window with a short cooldown.

It’s easy to see why Arms Warrior is extremely powerful and has been an S-Tier Spec throughout the Phase. And not only is it great now, it’s been great throughout the entirety of the Cataclysm and is a highly anticipated Spec.

    6. Elemental Shaman

Elemental Shamans have excellent On Demand AoE Damage and consistent Single Target Damage, but lack the burst damage above their Specs.

As Shamans, they also bring a ton of valuable Raid Buffs to the team, which makes them shine in any Raid Comp.

    7. Shadow Priest

Shadow Priests are a brilliant choice for your Raid group at this level, as they bring incredible utility to Raid, and some Raids even completely need the utility of Priests.

However, Shadow Priests have solid damage in both Single Target and AoE scenarios, but lag far behind the above Specs.

    8. Frost Death Knight

Frost Death Knight is also a type of Death Knight. Frost Death Knight is similar to Unholy Death Knight in some ways, but differs in how it deals with damage.

While Unholy Death Knight focuses on summoning Minions and applying DoTs, Frost Death Knight focuses on repeatedly hitting enemies hard with powerful striking abilities and the passive effect of Short Burst Window. Frost Death Knight also lacks in terms of AoE compared to Unholy Death Knight.

While Frost Death Knight is certainly worse than Unholy Death Knight, it is still a great spec and is much better than most other DPS specs in the game at the moment.

    9. Affliction Warlock

Affliction Warlock is also a Warlock. Affliction Warlock provides huge AoE damage by spreading their DoTs and brings the strong utility you expect from Warlock Class. They do lack sustained Single Target Damage, though.

    10. Arcane Mage

Arcane Mage is also a Mage. Arcane Mage is a good choice, but will perform very well in front of Fire Mage with similar skills.

Arcane Mage has great utility and Single Target Damage, but there is one Spec that offers all of those same benefits but with far more AoE damage than any other class.

So there you have it, the 10 best DPS Specs to play in Cataclysm Classic right now. Be sure to check it out, pay attention to these classes and pick a DPS Spec that deals insane amounts of damage that can help you outshine your competition in the game.

  • WOW Cataclysm Classic: How To Easily Complete Bastion Of Twilight Raid? - A Step-By-Step Guide

    Posted: May 31, 2024

WoW Cataclysm Classic has been out for about 2 weeks now, so it's time to provide you some tips on how to go through dungeons. Today I'm going to be giving you a complete guide on how to raid Bastion of Twilight. Follow my step and let's dive in!

    Halfus Wyrmbreaker

There are 5 dragons in the back of the room, but only 3 will be active. Each active dragon gives Halfus a buff. When you free a dragon, it'll debuff the boss, but then they will turn aggressive. You want to have one tank on Halfus and the other tank on the drakes you released.

If you have Slate Dragon active, you want to taunt swap Halfus on 3 stacks. The priority order is Storm Rider, Nether Scion, Time Warden, Whelps, and Slate Dragon. It is advisable to free 2 drakes straight away so you can beat enrage timer.

When you kill a drake, Halfus will take 100% more damage and this will stack. You may want to only kill 2 drakes. However, if Whelp Cage is active, you can have a tank pick these up and passively AoE them down as they don't deal too much damage.

At 50%, Halfus will now cast Furious Roar. This is 3 raid-wide stuns in quick succession. Make sure you have HotS rolling and a cooldown on the tank. If Storm Rider is one of the dragons available, Halfus will cast Shadow Nova immediately afterward. You'll have to use an ability to get out of stun to be able to interrupt this: Blink, Counterspell, PvP Trinket, Every Man for Himself and so on.

On Heroic, all dragons are active. Release Nether Scion, Storm Rider, and the whelps at the start. Try to nuke them all together. Of course, you can also use WoW Cataclysm Classic Gold to help you complete. Once they are dead, you can either choose to release Slate Dragon so you don't have to worry about tank stacks or just nuke the boss.

    Valiona & Theralion

Spread out around the boss. Blackout will go on a random player. Stack up and dispel it to split this AoE damage. When the boss starts casting Devouring Flames, get behind her. This is a 180° Flame Breath, not a cone. It does, however, deal less damage the further away you are from her, so if you can't get behind, get far away. Move out of swirlies on the ground.

Dragon swap time: When the dragons swap places, have your range stack up. The boss will turn to face a ranged player and put a big Void Zone on the target. When you see the boss turn, this is your cue to move. Try and stack Void Zones close to one another so you don't run out of room.

Engulfing Magic will be put on by a player. This is just a pulsating AOE based on your damage, so run out of your group. If you get the meteor debuff, run to the melee group and stack up. This is a split AOE. Towards the end of this phase, Valiona will do 3 mechanics on one-third of the room. You need to move out of this. When this is finished, it will swap back to phase one.

On Heroic, a Twilight Sentry will spawn in the Twilight realm every few seconds. They will deal damage to your raid. Both dragons apply a DoT called Twilight Shift every 20 seconds to the tank. At five stacks, it will send you and anyone close to you to the shadow realm.

While the tank can run to the portal immediately, you should send down some DPS and a healer to clear up all the sentries. You'll get a stacking debuff while down there, so leave before your stacks hit around 20.

    Ascendant Council

The encounter comprises several phases, each with distinct mechanics to manage effectively. In Phase 1, 2 bosses, Feludius and Ignacious, spawn. Melee players focus on Ignacious, while ranged players target Feludius. Tanks should keep Feludius away from the group to mitigate damage from its close-range AoE attacks.

Ignacious targets a random player, so you need to knock them back and leave a trail of fire as he charges back. Nuking Ignacious's shield interrupts his fire AoE attack. Feludius applies Heart of Ice debuff, increasing damage over time but boosting nearby players' damage against Ignacious. Players stack with melee for this, dispelling the debuff once everyone receives the damage buff. Players should avoid water falling onto the ground and remove the Water Log debuff by running into fire.

On Heroic difficulty, Static Overload and Gravity Core debuffs are introduced, requiring affected players to run away or move away from affected players, respectively. Phase two begins when one boss reaches 25% of health.

Players focus on Arion and Terrastra, utilizing Swirling Winds buff from Cyclone and grounding themselves with Gravity Well to mitigate Arion's Thundershock damage. Interrupting Arion's Lightning Blast and avoiding Lightning Rod debuff are crucial.

Besides, players must handle Terrastra's Eruption and Harden Skin abilities, moving away from spikes and interrupting Harden Skin. On Heroic difficulty, Ignacious's Flame Strike leaves fire patches, and Arion summons a Frozen Orb that players kite into the fire.

Phase 3 initiates when one boss reaches 25% health, merging all bosses. Players spread out to minimize Electric Instability chaining damage and avoid standing in pools of ice. They must also evade fire seeds and ensure players affected by Gravity Crush are topped off to survive the fall damage.

    Cho'gall

During this encounter, players will need to manage their Corrupted Blood level, which increases as the boss uses abilities and deals with damage. For every 25 percent of Corrupted Blood, players will gain a new debuff:

    • At 25%, players receive a dispellable debuff.
    • At 50%, characters will start vomiting, so it's essential to turn away from allies.
    • At 75%, players will begin casting Shadow Bolts on nearby allies.
    • At 100%, players become unhealable but deal double damage with instant casts. Ranged players should stack slightly behind melee to manage this phase effectively.

Tanks should swap on Fury of Cho'gall. The boss can mind control players, who will channel a buff on the boss. Interrupt them quickly or use AoE CC. Abilities like Flame Orders and Shadow Orders will affect the tank differently and require appropriate responses.

Throughout the fight, ads will spawn, which one tank should pick up. These ads have abilities like Shadow Crash and AoE Depravity, which should be interrupted. When an ad dies, it leaves behind a pool that should be moved away, and ranged players should finish it off. If the ad is alive after 30 seconds, it will cast Festering Blood, causing massive AoE damage.

On Heroic difficulty, Fire and Shadow Elementals are summoned, absorbing damage and dealing extra damage based on the ad's health. DPS should focus on the boss, using tank cooldowns for Flames Orders and raid cooldowns for Shadow Orders.

When Cho'gall reaches 25% health, any remaining ads despawn, and Phase 2 begins. Players should spread out around the boss, dealing with pulsing AoE damage and quickly nuking tentacles. On Heroic difficulty, Spike Tentacles spawn, which can be ignored to focus on beating the DPS.

    Sinestra

Phase 1 of this encounter requires careful positioning and coordination. The boss has a massive aggro radius, so it's advisable to have a Hunter reset the boss for optimal positioning and DPS uptime. The raid should spread out along the edge of the platform, staying within 15 yards of each other.

Once the boss reaches 35% health, the raid should move to the back of the room and position underneath the shield. Ranged players can continue focusing on the boss, while melee players begin killing the whelps at the back of the room. It's crucial to kite these whelps and kill them one by one to prevent resurrection from puddles left behind.

During this phase, healers should focus on keeping the raid alive, particularly the tanks who will be tanking Twilight Eggs. Melee DPS should prioritize interrupting Twilight Spike Collars to prevent Unleash Essence casts.

Once the Twilight Egg is knocked out, the team should return to the Phase 1 location and focus on killing the monsters on the tank. This phase is essentially Phase 1 with increased damage, but players will receive a beneficial buff for 3 minutes. It's essential to continue killing whelps towards the back of the room.

Hope you can find this guide useful and enjoy you time in WoW Cataclysm Classic.
