  • D2R Ladder Season 8: What Can We Expect From The New Season? - Release Date, Bug Fixes, And More

    Posted: Aug 22, 2024

Dear Traveler! Diablo 2: Resurrected Ladder Season 8 is coming! Although you have slashed countless demons in Sanctuary before, their attacks have never stopped. In the new season, players need to deal a devastating blow to Burning Hells team led by Diablo, Baal, and Mephisto to protect the safety of Sanctuary residents.

Here, we will talk about some specific details you need to know about D2R Ladder Season 8, including release date, gameplay, and bug fixes, to help you get a better start in the game.

    Release Date

I believe that most loyal Diablo fans know that D2R Ladder S8 will start on August 23. Here are its exact release dates:

    • North America: August 23, 5 p.m. PDT
    • Europe: August 24, 2 a.m. CEST
    • Asia: August 24, 9 a.m. KST

As we all know, the key to winning in D2R Ladder is to reach level 99 as quickly as possible, so that you can stay at the top of the leaderboard. After all, as a professional gamer, who doesn’t want to achieve this eternal glory? That’s why many people focus on the exact time of the game’s release, and every second counts!

    Different Server Types

D2R Ladder Season 8 update basically mimics the conditions of a brand new release of the game, which means that players will have a level 1 character and start the game over again. However, you can choose to use this character on one of four different types of servers.

    • Classic: You can play the first four acts of Diablo 2 when it was originally released.
    • Hardcore Classic: Same as Classic, except you play as a Hardcore character and have to start from the beginning once you die.
    • Expansion: You can play the first four acts of Diablo 2 and the fifth act of Lord of Destruction expansion.
    • Hardcore Expansion: Like Hardcore Classic, you will control a Hardcore character to experience all five acts. You only have one life, so don’t die!

    Bug Fixes

In addition, the developers have also fixed some bugs that players have reported in the game.

    Gameplay Fixes

Previously, Assassin’s Blade Fury skill would stop channeling when the monster it originally targeted died, which caused many players to miss the opportunity to hit consecutive critical hits. However, in the latest season, the developers have finally improved this problem.

In addition, they have fixed the problem that Assassin’s Dragon Tail would consume charges inconsistently, and the Dragon Tail could cause de-sync and rubber banding issues in online and offline games.

It is worth noting that the problem in the original game Act 3 Mercenary that could target Raven with Enchant has also been fixed. And players will no longer be unable to join new games at the beginning of Terror Zone Cycles in the new season. The game experience is getting better and better.

    Quality Of Life Fixes

In addition to this, some quality of life issues have also been paid attention to. Now, skills will not be unbound when players swap weapons, and missiles are guaranteed to hit the target accurately if the skill is aimed at a target on top of an item.

The developers also fixed an issue where the tooltip of Amazon’s Lightning Bolt in the character screen showed inaccurate data. Fixed an issue where the character list was reordered every time the game was restarted. However, please note that this issue has only been fixed for PC, and a fix is expected for consoles soon.

Finally, they also improved the problem that the tooltip of Slow Missiles did not show accurate information about what effect the next level of skills will have, and the problem that there was no arrow between Lightning and Chain Lightning Skills in Skill Tree when using a controller.

Will Shared Stash Loot Disappear After Season 7 Ends?

If you are new to Ladder Season, you may be wondering what will happen to your Shared Stash loot after Season 7 ends.

After Season 7 ends, all Ladder characters will be transferred to their respective Non-Ladder groups. All D2R Ladder Items in that character group’s Shared Stash will be collected into a new set of Withdraw Only Shared Stash tabs, indicated by a checkbox marked “Past”.

At this point, all items stored in Withdraw Only tabs for Season 6 Ladder ranking will be lost. You will have all items from Season 8 Ladder ranking, and can withdraw all items from Season 7 Ladder ranking.

When Season 8 Ladder ranking ends, this set of Withdraw Only Shared Stash tabs will be overwritten by any items in Season 7 Shared Stash. So make sure to take out all items before then, otherwise they will be lost forever!

    Final Thoughts

In short, the arrival of each Diablo 2: Resurrected Ladder Season brings new challenges to many adventurers. They continue to break through themselves, eager to fix their names on the leaderboards and become the strongest in Sanctuary.

As always, Ladder Season 8 also brings new opportunities and adventures for all warriors, who can quickly upgrade their characters and accumulate a lot of loot in the process. Let’s take a look at which outstanding players have made their names on the leaderboard this season. I hope you can easily kill all the demons in Hell and fight to the end! See you in the game!

  • D2R Ladder Season 6: A Powerful & Cheap Starting Build - Frenzy Barbarian

    Posted: Feb 18, 2024

Within this guide, I aim to demonstrate how to effectively utilize an affordable Barbarian build at the onset of D2R Ladder Season 6. The core components of this build necessitate only lower runes and elite bases, complemented by frequently dropping unique and set D2R Ladder Items. This setup is fully prepared for the challenges of Hell mode.

Particularly for engaging in cow runs, this proves to be the most cost-effective build I've encountered thus far. Naturally, I can also provide an array of alternative farming locations for your consideration.

    Stats & Skill Allocation

Let's delve into stats and skill allocation. It's crucial to ensure you have sufficient strength and dexterity to equip your gear.

My base stats stand at 190 strength and 94 dexterity, allowing for some flexibility; any remaining points are invested in Vitality.

My skill distribution follows the typical Frenzy Barb archetype: 20 points allocated to Frenzy and Double Swing, with 1 point invested in Leap for its utility. Additionally, allocate 20 points to Sword Mastery and distribute 1 point into each of the lower 4 masteries.

Regarding shouts, prioritize 20 points in Battle Orders, allocating 1 point each into Battle Command and Find Item. The remaining points are channeled into Taunt, which synergizes effectively with Frenzy.

    Equipment

    Now, onto the equipment.

The cornerstone of this setup comprises 2 rune weapons: Unbending Will and Hustle, each housed within a Colossus Blade. While a Colossus Sword or another base can substitute for Hustle, Unbending Will necessitates 6 sockets, exclusively available in a Colossus or Phase Blade. Given the Colossus Blade's superior damage output and range, it stands as the optimal choice. The Fanaticism aura from Hustle, coupled with the speed boost from Frenzy, grants us a staggering attack speed with the Colossal Blade.

Next, equip Arreat's Face with an Ort Rune, crucial for bolstering your resistances, and a Duress chest plate, which, while not as pivotal, complements the build admirably. If you lack Arreat's Face and the Um Rune for Duress, consider employing Duriel's Shell and a helmet with resistances like Tal Rasha's Horadric Crest Dreath Mask or Rockstopper.

Additionally, I possess Atma's Scarab, which boosts poison resistance and enables us to combat physically immune monsters thanks to the amplified damage curse. While beneficial, the absence of this amulet doesn't significantly hinder the build's performance.

Laying of Hands enhances attack speed and fire resistance, with its bonus damage to demons proving invaluable. String of Ears provides additional life leech and damage reduction, while Natalya's Soul augments running speed and resistances. These items are readily available and can be acquired through trading at minimal expense.

A Raven Frost ring prevents freezing and offers an attack rating bonus. The other ring necessitates mana leech, making Dread Master a suitable choice. In the off-hand, wield 2 Warcry spears (Echoing Throwing Spear), obtainable from Mala or other vendors with a bit of patience.

In my inventory, I carry 2 small resistance charms each for cold (Sapphire Small Charm), lightning (Amber Small Charm), and fire (Ruby Small Charm). Even without these charms, your resistances remain satisfactory.

Furthermore, I've stashed some items from the Immortal King set, enhancing the Magic Find. The helmet boasts up to 40% MF and 2 sockets for yellow gems. While the shoes offer a 25% Magic Find bonus when paired, utilizing the full set compromises your resistances.

Within the stash, I retain the belt to offset resistances to some extent, along with the gloves, allowing for flexibility and additional set bonuses if desired.

While I opt not to employ a mercenary, you might consider enlisting an Act 5 Barbarian, outfitted similarly to yourself. Ethereal bases, if found, can be put to good use.

    Statistics

    Let's examine the statistics.

With Frenzy and level 1 Fanaticism aura, achieve such significant attack speed that the additional boosts from gloves and weapons suffice. This results in up to 11 frames per animation, roughly equating to 4 and a half attacks per second when the maximum speed boost is active.

By level 85, my Barbarian boasts 2,400 life with Warcry, 2, and a maximum damage output of 3,000 with both weapons. Furthermore, each weapon yields over 6,000 attack rating.

Under the standard setup, attain maximum resistances when Battle Command is activated. Opting for a Magic Find setup allows us to reach up to 123 Magic Find. However, there is a significant deficiency in lightning resistance, alongside gaps in fire and cold resistances. Yet, in certain farming locations, these shortcomings may be tolerable.

    Farm Spots

Let's explore the top farming locations.

To begin, Trav takes precedence. However, it's advisable to venture there with complete resistances, particularly fire, as there's an abundance of hydras awaiting your arrival. Depending on the elite council member mods, additional resistances may also prove necessary.

Moving on to Act 5, you encounter the traditional swift path: Pindle, Eldritch, and Chank. Here, you may opt for Magic Find gear, but ensure beforehand that the target isn't lightning enchanted.

Conveniently, I've organized my items in the cube, facilitating quick and effortless switching with a shift left-click. Extending the route allows you to farm other super unique monsters, including Sharktooth near the first Barbarian cage, Eyeback at the border of the Arreat Plateau, and finally, Thresh Socket just before the entrance to the Crystalline Passage. The combination of swift running speed and the ability to leap over obstacles is invaluable in these areas.

Furthermore, there are several T85 areas worth considering. In Act 1, delve into the Pit in the Tamoe Highland; in Act 2, explore the Stony Tomb; and in Act 3, venture into the Arachnid Lair directly from the first Waypoint.

In Act 5, you have the option to investigate the red portals: Abaddon, Pit of Acheron, and Infernal Pit, particularly if opting for the longer Frigid High route. However, beware of potentially formidable monsters in these areas and ensure adequate use of resistances. Typically, a Magic Find setup suffices for the Pit of Acheron and the Arachnid Lair.

  • D2R Ladder Season 5: The Best Starting Build! - Poison Nova Necromancer Build Guide

    Posted: Oct 09, 2023

It’s no secret that no class can rival Necromancer in terms of AOE damage, and that’s true in D2R Ladder Season 5 as well.

Especially when paired with the right build, Necromancer can truly become the king of AOE. If you are using this powerful Necromancer build in Season 5, be sure not to miss this guide.

Below, we’ll detail our pick for the best Necromancer in D2R Ladder Season 5: Poison Nova Necromancer. We’ll discuss everything from the class’s pros and cons to the best D2R Ladder Season 5 items and skills it can use, and more.

    Pros & Cons

Necromancer is considered one of the most powerful classes in the game and is known for its fast-paced gameplay style. It can easily overwhelm enemies in a fierce attack. Because it can use its ability to produce an incredible amount of Poison, Fire, and Physical Area of Effect damage in one skill rotation, making it almost impossible for enemies to resist.

Combine all of this with the fact that it deals damage in a wide area as it moves, and Necromancer class is a monster vaporizer.

But no class is perfect. Necromancer is indeed powerful, but it is also a tough class to master and very difficult to learn. What’s more, its ancient game is also quite weak, and its overwhelming advantage only appears in the mid-to-late game. And it’s not the best at dealing a lot of damage in boss fights either.

However, we can eliminate some of these issues by setting up the best build for the class and create Necromancer builds that will be fearsome in D2R Ladder Season 5.

    Poison Nova Necromancer

Our pick for the best starting build for D2R Ladder Season 5 is Poison Nova Necromancer build.

It uses skills such as Poison Nova and Corpse Explosion to cause massive damage to enemies in a wide area. They all deal Poison, Fire, and Physical Damage in one turn, while also using Sunder Charms to break down enemy resistance, giving you the chance to deal massive amounts of damage.

Mods such as Amplify Damage, Lower Resist, Conviction Aura, and Sunder Charms can reduce resistance to almost every immunity.

We combine necromancer with Poison Nova and Corpse Explosion, which deal types of damage. This means that regardless of their immunity to unique sources of damage, it will critically hit them with damage.

This build can be difficult to get the hang off at first, but once you do, there’s almost nothing that can stop you.

    Mercenary Selection

Next, let’s talk about the specific mercenary, equipment slots and skills of Poison Nova Necromancer.

Similar to other builds in D2R Ladder, the best Mercenary I recommend is Act 2 Desert Mercenary Hire from Greiz.

This Mercenary has aura ability and can use Jab attack on top of the basic attack. His Might Aura gives you a damage buff that can help you deal with enemies that are immune to Poison, while his Jab attack can be used to damage the rest of the enemies.

Mercenary also requires the use of Infinity War Pike, which reduces enemy resistance, allowing you to deal more damage. It comes with Conviction Aura, which improves your Corpse Explosion.

Overall, with this setup, Act 2 Desert Mercenary is crucial to your survival in D2R Ladder Season 5.

Keeping Mercenary alive can be difficult until you have the necessities recommended in this guide. Therefore, we recommend you sort your items first. This way, you can drag Healing Potions onto mercenary portraits as quickly as possible, or feed them directly from your belt to keep them alive.

If you lose a mercenary in combat, you can resurrect them by talking to any Mercenary NPC in each act. But you should keep in mind that it will cost you more money each time you do it, up to a cap of 50,000 gold.

In short, Poison Nova Necromancer is very effective in clearing high-density monsters in the game. Poison, Fire, and Physical Damage make this build fast and deadly in almost every farming spot. They can increase your farming efficiency in multiple areas.

With solid setup and execution, this build is definitely your go-to build for D2R Ladder Season 5. What do you think of Poison Nova Necromancer? Hopefully, this guide will help you get off to a great start when entering Season 5!

  • D2R Ladder Season 5: Top 5 Budget Builds For The New Ladder Start

    Posted: Sep 28, 2023

Since D2R Ladder Season 5 is coming soon, here I want to present to you my personal top 5 builds for different classes to start at the beginning of the season.

I will show you the skill trees, the D2R Ladder Items, and the stats with empty inventory so you can directly see which charms you need to improve your resistances. I will also include as many Magic Finds as possible without losing too much stability or performance. In addition, there are also farming recommendations for each build to progress quickly.

    Paladin Build

    Let’s start with the Paladin.

There are two popular builds the Hammerdin or the FOH. In the end, we can play both builds with the same gear. I prefer the FOH because it is so much more comfortable to play, especially as long as you can’t teleport yet.

Here is the gear of the FOH Paladin build.

    • Double Spirits
    • Skin of the Vipermagi
    • Rockstopper
    • Pick Rose Branded Amulet
    • Trang-Oul’s Claws Heavy Bracers
    • Credendum Mithril Coil
    • Aldur’s Advance Battle Boots
    • Ring of the Apprentice
    • 2 Nagelrings
    • Nai’s Puzzler Elder Staff

The build already has maximum fire and cold resistance. With lightning and poison, you would have to add charms. In addition, we also have up to 78 Magic Find depending on how high the Nagelring has rolled. The Holy Bolts have up to 4000 damage at maximum cast rate.

    Paladin Farming Spots

The top farming area for an FOH Paladin is the Chaos Sanctuary.

With the staff, we also get there very quickly. It is also good that we have maximum fire resistance. You can also get resistances by Salvation Aura. But it is inconvenient to be dependent on it. It is so much better to have the Redemption Aura standard, so you heal mana and life points by consuming Corpses.

There are many other good spots to farm as well. The Pit also has only undeads and demons and it is a T85 area.

The Forgotten Tower is also no problem, just like the Arcane Sanctuary.

Besides Diablo, you can also run Andariel. The only animals that can appear there are spiders. Mephisto basically works too, but the way through the Durance of Hate is ugly without teleport.

In Act 5, Pindleskin is a nice farming spot. But whoever loves to farm the cow level rather plays a Hammerdin because there are the FOH is useless.

    Necro Build

Next, we have the Necromancer as the starting character quite unpopular, but this has the advantage that the D2R Ladder Items for him are quite cheap, especially the torch later on.

In addition, we can play a Poison Necro very easily, which can even farm quite a few areas because he has both poison and fire damage.

Here is the gear of the Poison Necro build.

    • Trang-Oul’s Claws Heavy Bracers
    • Trang-Oul’s Scales Chaos Armor
    • Trang-Oul’s Wing Cantor Trophy
    • Lore Grim Helmet
    • Venomous Amulet
    • Immortal King’s Detail War Belt
    • Immortal King’s Pillar War Boots
    • Blackbog’s Sharp Cinquedeas
    • Spirits
    • 2 Nagelrings
    • Garnet Ring of Dexterity

In the change, hand the Gull and the Rhyme shield, so we can get a boost of 125% Magic Find when changing weapons. So, the Necro can poison the monsters and then just switch weapons. It counts how much Magic Finds a character has at the time of the kill, not at the time of casting.

By the way, a handy companion for all characters is an inside mercenary. Since Necro doesn’t have much life, you have to play very carefully and touch a lot.

    Necro Farming Spots

The poison damage has a disadvantage that it works slowly. It’s a nice thing. With this playstyle, you can use the MF switch and so the Necro really gets a good bonus.

For the Poison Necro, the Forgotten Tower is a good spot and also the Secret Cow Level works fine thanks to Corpse Explosion.

Arcane Sanctuary is also okay. You can farm Eldritch & Shenk. But in principle, you can also run many more maps and preferably Terror Zones because poisoning new monsters can also be killed with the fire damage of Corpse Explosion and the lower resistances can even break immunities.

    Assassin Build

The Assassin has become a very popular starting character because once you have double Mosaic, there are no limits and the Runeword is not even that expensive.

For farming the resources, Lightning Trapsin is great. Thanks to the fire bomb, it also has some alternative damage against light immune monsters.

Here is the gear of the Lightning Trapsin build.

    • Spirit
    • Leadless Wall
    • Treachery
    • Lore
    • Cunning Amulet of Bone Spirit
    • Laying of Hands Bramble Mitts
    • Credendum Mithril Coil
    • Natalya’s Soul Mesh Boots
    • 2 Nagelrings

In the change, hand either Gull and Rhyme or the Teleport staff. In principle, you can choose one of these two possibilities with each build .

    Assassin Farming Spots

The Assassin only has Magic Find from the two rings. The boost would not hurt, here.

But to get Mosaic quickly, it’s best to farm D2R Ladder Runes, anyway. So, you run the Forgotten Tower, hoping for a good rune drop. The low rooms can be cubed up.

The cow level should also work as soon as you have sufficient damage. It is also great for farming D2R Ladder Runes and your claw bases.

Kindle Eldridge and Shenk are also easy, just like all the usual spots for lightning builds. And of course the Arcane Sanctuary. You can also find some super chests here.

    Amazon Build

Keep the mentioned farming areas in mind because they are also interesting for the Amazon. The build is of course a Javazon.

Here is the gear of Javazon.

    • Titan’s Revenge Ceremonial Javelin
    • Laying of Hands Bramble Mitts
    • Credendum Mithril Coil
    • Dark Adherent Dusk Shroud
    • Rite of Passage Demonhide Boots
    • Telling of Beads Amulet
    • Valkyrie Wing
    • Spirit
    • 2 Nagelrings

    Amazon Farming Spots

As mentioned, the build can farm all the usual spots for lightning characters but the true potential is in the cow level. So, whoever likes to farm, their best builds are Javazon.

    Sorceress Build

The most popular starting classes are of course the Sorcerers. Thanks to the teleport, she offers a big advantage. She can complete boss runs very fast.

My recommendation is a Lightning Firewall build as long as you have no Thunder Charms and stuff to play mono build yet. The Firewall only should handle light immune monsters. For that case, it is sufficient to maximize it without synergies or mastery.

Here is the gear of this build.

    • Tal Rasha’s Horadric Crest Death Mask
    • Tal Rasha’s Lidless Eye Swirling Crystal
    • Tal Rasha’s Fine-Spun Cloth Mesh Belt
    • Skin of the Vipermagi
    • Spirit
    • Arch-Angel’s Amulet
    • Magefist
    • Aldur’s Advance Battle Boots
    • 2 Nagelrings

The Sorceress is, of course, a glass cannon with about 1,000 life. We have to pay attention. The resistances are weak compared to the other builds but the most important are okay, lightning and fire. In addition, we get up to 140 Magic Find.

    Sorceress Farming Spots

The Sorceress can also farm her usual lightning spots, but that’s not what we made her for.

Thanks to teleport, boss runs are done very quickly. Both Andariel and Mephisto can be farmed very easy. This would probably also work great with the Fireball Sorceress as well as with a pure Lightning Sorceress when you just concentrate on the bosses.

But with the hybrid Sorceress, we can also do much more. Even the hell rush shouldn’t be too hard.

  • D2R Ladder Season 4 Update Patch Notes: Feature Changes, QOL & Bug Fixes

    Posted: May 05, 2023

Today I want to talk about D2R Ladder Season 4 patch notes. To be honest, there haven’t been too many exciting changes in this blog post, I kind of get it now that D2R Ladder is kind of going into maintenance mode.

It’s definitely a bit obvious at this point, but some small specific changes in this blog post will have pretty profound effects on a few different selected characters. So I think this update is worth our attention. If you’re excited about these upcoming changes, keep an eye out for this update. Then, let’s get started.

    Feature Changes

So the first big change to note here is that players will now have four additional character slots in all online modes. You have to choose between deleting a character and starting a new one in a new league. Of course, I’d never criticize having extra character slots.

In my opinion, for all ARPG games these days, this is pretty bad, if you really look at the size of character files like single player character files. It’s small, and there may be differences between servers.

But the other four extra character slots are also a good thing. Now they also note here that the latter character switching to Non-Ladder for the first time will be able to reset skill and stat points when you basically get your Akara Reset Skill again, moving from Ladder to Non-Ladder.

They say this is to encourage players to try out their builds. I mean, it’s not a bad thing to get it. It’s not really a major change. It equipped all chat lobbies with an automated system that removes malicious messages from these conversations. This is mostly for spam players who are annoying that no one can mute to stop it, like spam in chat. So it’s actually a positive change.

    QOL & Bug Fixes

So moving on to some quality of life updates and bug fixes. They’re not really tremendous changes, but I think they had a relatively profound effect on several characters. Now the first change is a bit vague wording in my opinion.

It states that the next hit delay system now only applies to missiles spawned by casting the same skill. It’s worded vaguely, but my understanding is the next delay mechanism.

It still applies to each individual skill. So only use Druid as an example here. Before these patch notes, if you were to cast Volcano and one of Boulders dealt Volcano’s damage, there was a specific exit delay window that would negate the damage from other abilities like Fissure.

From what I understand, they’ve changed this so that the next delay window still applies to individual Volcano skills. But it doesn’t negate other skills like Fissure. So in theory you should be able to teleport since Fire Druid puts Fissure and Volcano in the same location and they don’t cancel each other out. But the next hit delay window still applies to each individual ability.

So it’s essentially a mechanic to prevent certain abilities from doing a lot of extra damage. Now this obviously has the effect of making certain characters stronger, for example, Mosaic Martial Arts Assassin will make the building stronger. But it doesn’t really affect a lot of other characters, like Nova Sorceress, so it’s another interesting change.

I know people might be very upset about tuning Mosaic Martial Arts Assassin’s skills. At least for Fire Druid builds. But I think it’s a positive, move-to-fixed change.

But I think there are other sets and D2R Ladder Items that can help players get more buffs. Examples include Barbarian’s Immortal King set, Aldur set for Druid, and Assassin’s Natalya’s Odium set. I think it’s more worth revising and improving. Again or change, it’s a good thing.

The next point here is that it is now possible to morph directly between worlds from any form. The intention here is to make morphing less clumsy than it used to be. So I see it as improving the quality of life, thereby encouraging more build diversity.

There are also minor bug fixes included here, like fixing graphics issues or connectivity issues or audio queuing with Amazons, which will make the game experience better for players.

    Conclusion

But overall, I think any changes it makes in order to move forward again are positive. I really believe D2R Ladder is in maintenance mode and most of the focus will be on Diablo 4. But developers can implement slight changes that don’t require a lot of resources, and that can have quite far-reaching effects. Anyway, I believe this patch will not let you down. Good luck.

  • D2R Ladder Season 3: Best Druid Class Build Guide

    Posted: Apr 01, 2023

If you are looking for a D2R Ladder class with a simple game style, continuous damage ability, and a lot of damage to the enemy, then I think Druid Class will be your best choice in the game. In fact, Druid Class is the same as most professions, but players can often use the correct character construction to play the best role of Druid, which is where this guide can help players.

Below, I’ll introduce you to Druid Class’s best build in Diablo 2 Ressurection Ladder Season 3, Fissure Druid. At the same time, it will also tell you how to choose the best equipment and use the most suitable skills for him.

Advantages And Disadvantages Of Druid Class

Druid has always been one of the most popular occupations among players in D2R Ladder Season 3. Because in team battles, whether it is against a single enemy or a group of monsters, it will cause a high damage output. Not only that, Druid is also very easy to use, even for novice players. However, Druid still has some disadvantages.

Compared with other professions, Druid has low mobility, and if the player uses a fast head-on attack, it is easy to accidentally get injured. However, there will also be some countermeasures. The best build for proficiency in Druid, Fissure Druid.

    Fissure Druid

Players can increase their resistance to fire damage up to level 11 when constructing Fissure Druid. At the same time, its Fissure and Armaggedon skills can also cause a large amount of damage output to the target enemy in a relatively wide AoE range. Using this skill, players can easily deal with a group of enemies.

Players can also combine its Firestorm with Molten Boulder or Volcano when facing a single powerful enemy. The player’s other skills can still be used in the cooling state, and even ignore the enemy’s defense, becoming an unstoppable force of nature.

For some physical damage, its Molten Bolder and Volcano abilities can even hit enemies that are immune to fire damage. When used in conjunction with Sunder Charm mechanism, it can further weaken the enemy’s resistance to the player’s elemental damage, causing continuous damage to the enemy. In the meantime, you can also use some D2R Ladder Items to further enhance your builds, including:

Which Mercenary Is Better For Fissure Druid Build

Like most builds in Diablo 2, players can hire Desert Mercenary from Act 2 from Greiz. It Might Aura also help you attack enemies that are immune to your damage. Especially when the enemy on the player’s side is very strong. Might Aura can help you further weaken the enemy’s defense. At the same time, he can also destroy all monsters, including immunity to fire damage.

You can also choose to equip your Desert Mercenary with Reapers Toll. This item can greatly increase the physical damage output of your Mercenary in Molten Boulder, Volcano, and Armageddon. However, I still feel that Infinity is the best because it helps you deal with more sustained damage to enemies.

That’s all my advice to players when using Druid’s best build Fissure Druid. Of course, you can also randomly try some other alternative builds. However, I would still recommend Fissure Druid as the best build in D2R Ladder Season 3. Hope these will help you. Come and try it out.

  • D2R Ladder Season 3: Best Loot Drop Highlights During My 200 Chaos Runs

I was finally able to make an Infinity for my Sorceress and switch from the Blizzard over to Nova, which I was pretty happy about. Before writing this article, I have did a 200 Chaos Runs and the following I will introduce are some of the drops that I think are great.

The runs were done with my level 91 Nova Sorceress, that has roughly 300 Magic Find depending on what I was wearing. Let's get right into it.

    • Kicking things off on run number one, we start with a plus three Eschuta's Temper Eldritch Orb.
    • 18 runs deep, we find another Raven Frost Ring.
    • On run number 21, we find a 40% pair of Chance Guards Chain Gloves. This is the second one that we found with perfect Magic Find.
    • On run number 23, we find a pretty rare Druid helmet that you don't see that often. It is Ravenlore Sky Spirit.
    • The very next run (run#24), we found an Ethereal Colossus Voulge. You can take this to lars that can get four sockets.
    • On run number 36, we get our first decent rune drop, which is Ist Rune.
    • On run number 59, we find a halfway decent melee Grand Charm (Sharp Grand Charm Of Sustenance) that I think I'm going to transfer over to my Berserk Barbarian Find Item.
    • On run number 68, we find Gheed's Fortune Grand Charm with 33% to Magic Find.
    • On the very next run (run#69), we find the pretty sweet 220 Paladin Coronet, which is called Skull Mask Coronet. It has a lot of strength and some resistance.
    • On run number 72, we found a Skin of the Vipermagi with 33 all-res.

    • On the next run (run#73), we get a pair of Sandstorm Trek Scarabshell Boots.
    • On run number 81, we find the Arm of King Leoric Tomb Wand.
    • On run number 84, we find a pair of Gore Rider War Boots finally, but they're Ethereal of course.
    • On run number 93, we find an Ethereal Great Poleaxe, so we go to socket it and we come out with three, unfortunately.
    • On run 106, we find the one to Shadow Disciplines Grand Charm, which is called Mentalist's Grand Charm.
    • Ten runs later (run#116), we find a one-two offensive auras Grand Charm, which is called Captains Grand Charm of Strength.
    • On run number 117, we find The Gladiators Bane Wire Fleece with a perfect 200 percent enhanced defense.
    • On run 118, we find that unique Phase Blade turns out Lightsabre (Lightsabre Phase Blade).

    • On the very next run (run#119), we found a four open sockets plus three Grand Matron Bow, which is perfect for faith.
    • On run 163, we find a drop called Lem Rune.
    • On run 169, we find a Necromancer Summoning Spell Grand Charm, which is called Graverobber's Grand Charm's Of Strength.
    • On run number 173, we find a seven percent Magic Find small charm (Small Charm Of Good Luck) definitely trying to find as many of these as I can.
    • On run number 175, we find the melee Druid helmet Wolfhowl Fury Visor. In the same run, we find a unique facet (Rainbow Facet Jewel), which turns out 3 to 4 poison.
    • On run 179, we find a plus one to traps Grand Charm (Entrapping Grand Charm).
    • Our best drop comes on run 184, it is Ohm Rune.

    • On run 187, we find a plus three to warmth, which is called Ormus' Robes Dusk Shroud.
    • On run 188, we find our second Viper (Skin of the Vipermagi) and it turns out 29 required level this time.
    • On the very next run (run#189), we find a pretty nice Jewel called Scintillating Jewel Of Daring with 15 to all resistances and 8 to dexterity.
    • Our last notable drop of the session comes on run 195. It is Ruby Jewel Of Truth with seven faster hit recovery and 30 fire res.

Above are loot highlights during my 200 Chaos Runs. Of course, these D2R Ladder Items can only be obtained by doing your Chaos Runs hard. If you think this is too time-consuming and labor-intensive, you can get some directly from us.

  • D2R Ladder Season 3: Blizzard Sorceress Is The Best Sorceress Build

    Posted: Mar 04, 2023

In Diablo 2 Resurrected, the Sorceress class is one of the best ladder beginners. She is also one of the most well-rounded classes in the game due to her versatility and high speed. However, if you want to take her level up, you'll really need a build that fits the class. For this, we have prepared this guide for you, hoping to provide you with some help.

Next, I'll introduce you to the best build for the Sorceress class in Diablo 2, the Blizzard Sorceress. Therefore, in this guide, you can learn about various aspects of this build, such as its Skills, attributes, Sunder Charm settings, build variants, etc.

Advantages And Disadvantages Of The Sorceress Class

    Advantages

In fact, when compared with many classes in Diablo 2, Sorceress is very similar to them, because it not only has advantages but also disadvantages. The reason why this class can stand out among so many classes is that you don't need to spend too much item investment or time on it to make her powerful. The play style of Sorceress is fast-paced, and its end-game potential is huge.

    Disadvantages

The main disadvantage of Sorceress is that it has an obvious learning curb and its viability. However, you don't need to worry too much about this. Because if you develop your Blizzard Sorceress build as directed below, and learn ways to manage the weaknesses of this class, you'll be able to use this class no matter what battle you're in.

    Blizzard Sorceress, Best Sorceress Build

We choose a few builds for Blizzard Sorceress, including Sunder Charms. One of the things this build does is allow you to lower the resistance of enemies to your damage types. Also, this build gives you a bit of an increase in cold resistance, as well as an increase in your damage. The most important point is that it can provide you with extra defense ability so that you can survive the battle longer.

In order to take full advantage of Blizzard builds and items that plug in each ger piece to maximize their potential, we've broken down all the gear you'll need to equip. If you want to get the gear, you can use D2R Ladder Items. Next, I will continue to introduce you to the skills you can use. These skills can not only help you eliminate enemies, but also reduce the influence of some of the Sorceress's weaknesses and increase her basic attributes.

Blizzards Sorceress Gear and Sockets are broken down according to item slots, main items and slotted items:

    • Weapon- The Oculus-Rainbow Facet Jewel
    • Weapon Swap- Call To Arms- Amn Rune, Ral Rune, Mal Rune, Ist Rune, Ohm Rune
    • Shield- Spirit Monarch- Amn Rune, Ort Rune, Thul Rune, Tal Rune
    • Body Armor- Skin of the Vipermagi- Rainbow Facet Jewel
    • Helm- Harlequin Crest- Rainbow Facet Jewel
    • Gloves- Chance Guards- N/A
    • Boots- War Traveler- N/A
    • Belt- Goldwrap- N/A
    • Ring 1- Beast Turn Ring- N/A
    • Ring 2- Fortuitous Ring of Fortune- N/A

    • Charm 4- Shimmering small charm of good luck- N/A

    Blizzards Sorceress Skills

The Use Of A Mercenary Is Also Helpful For Sorceress Build

Using Mercenary is very important to you if you want your build to be successful overall. The Mercenary itself acts as a tank on the front line and provides a critical Aura. Additionally, Mercenary will also be able to inflict Physical Damage on enemies that are immune to your Skillset, killing them. Here, I recommend you hire Act 2 Desert Mercenary from Greiz to use in your Blizzard Sorceress build.

For enemies that are immune to your primary source of damage, you can use a Desert Mercenary with Might Aura if you want to deal with them. For a significant increase in damage, you can also equip him with Infinity, which reduces Defense and Resistance of enemies.

Here, one thing you need to pay attention to is that Mercenary himself is very difficult to survive until you equip Mercenary with the minimum equipment. So, you can give him Healing Potions. There are two ways for you to use it here, one where you drag Healing Potions onto the portrait, and the other where you use shift + 1/2/3/4 to give him the Healing Potions directly from your Belt. If you also give him Antidote Potions and Thawing Potions, he also gets Resistance bonuses.

In battle, if your Mercenary dies, you don't have to worry too much about this, as you can talk to any of the Mercenary NPCs in each Act to bring your Mercenary back to life. However, each time you do this, you increase the cost, and 50,000 Gold is the cap. So keep this in mind when you want to use a Mercenary to help you.

In my opinion, the best build of Diablo 2 Resurrected is Blizzard Sorceress. However, if you want to try to master a more difficult build or are trying to find something new, you can try other builds.

The above is our guide on how to build the best Blizzard Sorceress in D2R Ladder Season 3, which includes the advantages and disadvantages of Sorceress, the skills of Blizzard Sorceress, gears you need, a Mercenary you can choose, and more.

  • D2R Ladder Season 3: Easier Ways To Craft Godly Amulets

    Posted: Mar 01, 2023

Since the beginning of time, as long as I can remember, anyway, the adage was you needed to be level 93. Go gamble amulets from whoever probably give and then start crafting your casting outlets. That way every single amulet could get two to a character skill and hopefully be incredibly Godly and incredibly valuable.

Now, after the creation of Terror Zones, that is not truly the case you can actually make. These incredibly Godly are worth many high D2R Ladder Runes. Caster Amulets are at a lower level than you ever could before.

To fully explain how you can actually craft these two skills. Caster Amulets earlier than you could. Before I need to explain exactly why you had to do it at the level you did before and why we did it the way that we did now. I’m going to go quick while also trying to explain it as fully as possible because I know math can be a little boring if your eyes glaze over.

How high of an item level do these amulets really need to get to the skills? Any amulet to get two to a character skill on it has to be at least item level 90. But why do we always gamble amulets at level 93 in order to craft Caster Hamlets?

Now, if you look at the formula, the final item level of the Caster Amulet that you craft is equal to your character level divided by two. Plus, the item level the amulet divided by two. But when you’re magic finding around in the game, you’re never gonna know exactly for sure, unless you go look up every single monster in the game and stuff like that or what item level that aim is going to be.

*But there is an easy way to really know exactly what the AMOLED is going to be pretty much within a range anyway and that is gambling it. If you gamble the amulets, they will always be within a range of or levels higher than your character’s level and five levels lower than your character’s level. So, if you are level 93 in the worst-case scenario, 93 minus 5 comes out to 88. That’s the lowest possible item level for that amulet.

When we look at this formula, take the 93 divided by 2, which will come out to 46 and a half. You always round the decimals down. 46 plus the level 88, which the amulet at worst case could be divided by 2, which comes out to 44. Now, that will end up being item level 90. So, even in the worst-case scenario, each amulet will be level 90 or they could be even higher, all having the chance to get two to a character skill. That’s why you always gamble the amulets at level 93 before.

*But, now, there’s even an easier way to get amulets of a guaranteed item level and you can craft at an even lower level than you could before because of this and that is hop out and look at the Terror Zones.

First, I have a level 91 Sorceress, and the terrorized zone is level 93. The terrorized zone is always two levels higher than you up to level 96. So, we’ll know that every single amulet that drops off. Even regular white monsters will be at least level 93 and it’s very consistent.

And my level 91 Sorceress are getting amulets that are level 93 and let's see what item level these will come out to and if they can get two to character skills.

We’ll pull up that formula level 91. It’ll end up coming out to 45 and a half when it’s divided by two. Take that number off, so we got 45 for the first part, which is the character level of your character.

Now, let’s see the item level. The amulet is 93. That’ll come out to 46 and a half and, of course, you need to round it down. So, 46 easy enough that’ll come out to level 91 and boom, every single one that we craft will be the same level because it doesn’t roll within a range like when you gamble, they’ll be Bam every single one level 91. They will all have the chance to get that Caster Amulet with two skills.

As you notice for this level 91 Sorceress that I have, it ended up rounding everything down and the numbers are actually equal to as if this was a level 90 Sorceress. So, even if you’re one level lower, the terrorism will be level 92. You’ll be level 90. The calculation ends up with the same number. The crafted Caster Amulet will be level 91, all getting two to a character skill.

There’s more if your character is level 94. The terrorism will be two levels higher than you and that will be 96 and actually the standard white monsters. Even if it’s a level 99 Terror Zone, they are capped at level 96. So, from level 94 and up, all the amulets that drop will be level 96.

Again, use that for the calculation if you’re grabbing amulets from a Terror Zone created by a character higher than your level. Let’s start off this calculation right here. We’ve got 96. You just divide it by two. You have 48 that gives us a little more room to work with. If our character is even lower, we could craft it and when the calculation is done, you could still come out to high enough levels.

Let’s take a level 84 character grabbing amulets from a level 96 Terror Zone. So, level 84 divided by 2 comes out to 42. 42 plus 48 comes out to level 90. So, even at level 84, if you grab the amulets from a level 96 Terror Zone, every single emulator craft could get two to a character skill and even roll with more Godly stats, like the 20 faster cast rate, all res magic find a bunch of other stuff.

  • D2R Ladder Season 3: How I Geared Up In Only One Week?

    Posted: Feb 28, 2023

How I got my gear in D2R Ladder Season 3? In this article, I want to show you the ways I’ve gotten my gear through trading and finding gear.

I got my first Crystal Sword by doing normal cows before I had any decent gear and then I continued doing Countess and I used the Laser quest to get my first Spirit. This is the first decent item that I’ve gotten and this is basically after Normal Difficulty. Then, off Acara after, I did one of the quests I didn’t even realize that, but I got this nice faster cast ring (Chaos Hold Ring) with cold resist and lighting resist. Then I got Nightmare Forge.

I find an Amn Rune and this is what I used to trade for a regular Spirit Monarch, which I use a Laser quest to socket and make my Spirit Shields. So, I got my two Spirits.

Now, we are on to the more of the trading side. The Skin of the Vipermagi is my next upgrade, and I got this through the 100 Countess runs I did. Also, I traded a bunch of keys (such as Keys of Terror) in the previous runs because they’re valuable early on as well as the Lidless Wall Grim Shield, which I really didn’t need because I had the Spirit.

With a combination of keys and the Lidless, I mainly use D2JSP to convert it to form gold and then I use that forum gold to purchase an Unidentified Vipermagi, which ended up being 30 resistance. So, by the end of a Nightmare early Hell, I was level 80.

These are the gear I had. The main ones are the faster cast ring (Chaos Hold Ring), two spirits, the ViperMagi and then everything else was just for resistances or whatever I found. Then, I got a terrible lightning Sunder Charm.

Harlequin Crest Shako is my next one so early on and I think it was a level like seven or eight. I found a unique ring called Nagelring, and it ended up being nasal, so I saved it for a few days on the ladder. And people gave me some decent value for it as well as that second Guardian Angel. I was on the way to campus with those. Plus, the Maroon was enough value to get me my Shako.

Next on the list was the Arachnid Mesh. This is the one that I got lucky with. I think it was maybe 30 pit runs in chairman. I know it’s not worth high D2R Ladder Items. It was enough early on to get me enough to get the Stone of Jordan.

Now, this is basically an even swap, but the two to Phoenix Strike and Greater Talons were about equal to an SOJ value. So, those kinds of evened out.

On my way to the Countess, I had a Geez already from Arcane Sanctuary, but this one was 139.36. I needed some faster cast and good thing. I got Trang-Oul’s Claws. Then after I had the 117 break point later on in pits, I found or in the pit, I found 31 Transguards, which I’m currently using now and then finally the big-ticket item was worth about a Jah Rune. Hellfire Torch Large Charm is a combination of a lot of different items again that I could sell on DPS JSP.

In the last few days, a four 194 Thunderstroke went for about I would say twists and then a lot of the keys are traded, as well. So, I got a few double drops on the Keys of Hate and I found an instrument. In addition, I found a bunch of Perfect Amethysts.

I will not go over every item that I did trade, but it was a combination of bases, such as Flails, Monarchs, Perfect Gems, round runes, Mal Runes, a Spirit Pack, Hel Runes and so on. All these things kind of added up, and I was able to eventually get enough. I think it was approximately 10 or so Ist Value and then I ended.
