Source: IGGMIf you want to begin crafting powerful items in WoW Dragonflight's patch 10.2, Spark of Dreams is a crucial ingredient that you’ll need to acquire.
Option 1
In order to create one of these Sparks, you’ll need to obtain and combine 2 different Splintered Sparks of Dreams. Each week, you’re able to earn a single Splintered Spark by completing one of the new weekly quests in patch 10.2.
There are two weekly quests you can choose from: a PVP quest from Militia in Valdrakken or a reputation farming quest from Keeper Amrymn in the Emerald Dream.
Obviously, if you’re interested in PVP, you should complete that quest because it’s a nice way to kill two birds with one stone.
Option 2
However, for other players like myself who don’t enjoy PVP in this game, the Dream Wardens reputation quest will be a much faster and easier alternative for obtaining your Splintered Spark of Dreams.
To complete it, you’ll need to obtain 1,500 reputation with the Dream Wardens. If you follow these steps, you should be able to easily accomplish that in 15 minutes or less. The 1,500 reputation you need should ultimately come from a combination of three sources:
1. Superbloom Event
First, if the Superbloom event is active, make sure to speak to Clarelle and pick up the weekly quest. This event takes around 15 minutes to complete and the bag you receive from the quest gives you a token that rewards 1,000 reputation.
Now, you’ll only need 500 reputation and there are two different activities you can complete to earn this.
2. Dreamseeds
First, you can plant Dreamseeds and harvest them for 250 reputation each.
This 250 reputation bonus is applied to the first five Dreamseeds you collect every week, meaning you’re able to gain a total of 1,250 reputation by doing this. This makes Dreamseeds a viable replacement for doing the Superbloom if you really don’t want to wait the 15 minutes.
3. Shipment Of Goods
However, this method would still require an additional 250 reputation, which brings me to the final efficient way to get Dream Warden’s reputation in a short amount of time, that being the Shipment of Goods.
In the central encampment within the Emerald Dream, you’re able to pick up a weekly quest that requires you to hand in a random assortment of materials to obtain a Shipment of Goods.
Turning in 1 Shipment will grant you 250 Dream Warden’s reputation and you’ll receive one more weekly quest after that, allowing you to exchange five more Shipments for another 250 reputation.
These quests are an extremely fast way to finish your weekly, though they will require you to spend a bit of WoW Dragonflight Gold. So, I would only recommend it if you’re really lazy like me and don’t want to wait for the Superbloom.

Either way, using any combination of these 3 methods should allow you to complete your quest very quickly. By using the Superbloom and Dreamseeds, I was able to complete it in 17 minutes, whereas the Dreamseeds and Shipment of Goods only took me 7 minutes.
Note
As a final note, if you have yet to complete the main campaign or any side quest lines in patch 10.2, I would recommend holding on to any reputation tokens that you receive from the quest rewards.
Some of these tokens grant you 2.5k reputation with the Dream Wardens, which allows you to instantly complete this quest in future weeks. That being said, if you’re interested in getting the new Dreambound Augment Rune from reaching Renown 18, you may want to use these tokens as soon as possible.
