  • ESO: Necrom Expansion Updates

    Posted: Feb 22, 2023

This will be an exciting event for Elder Scrolls players. Not only Elder Scrolls 6 is being developed, but more importantly, MMORPG Elder Scrolls Online will also be replaced with a new expansion pack.

For the upcoming Elder Scrolls Online: Necrom, they are not connected to the installments that were previously specifically allowed to operate. Mainly because it's very much an Apocrypha.

Even though some Skyrim players have already encountered Realm Of Oblivion in Dragonborn DLC, the upcoming Elder Scrolls Online will delve deeper into the forbidden lore associated with this realm.

Elder Scrolls is a nearly ten-year legacy in Skyrim. Meanwhile, Dragonborn DLC remains one of the most famous adventures in gaming. It mainly tells the connection and story of the first Dragonborn Miraak and Daedric Prince Hermaeus Mora, but also keeps players involved in the search for Apocrypha.

Due to Elder Scrolls Online not paying enough attention to Dragonborn lore. So, how the updated expansion pack will combine the player's experience and the mythology, this will be very fascinating.

Even though the Dragonborn DLC adds some new concepts to Skyrim, perhaps the most popular content among players is the smooth access to Apocrypha. In addition, Realm Of Oblivion is also the home of Daedric Prince Hermaeus Mora.

After entering Realm Of Oblivion, you need the last Dragonborn to go to Solstheim to find Black Books, which are basically like fairy tales. After the player finds all the books, they will be teleported to Apocrypha. It's like a weird library that's twisting and deforming.

The test of this level is mainly focused on the decryption tasks of Seekers and killing the monsters in this space. At the same time, players need to explore thousands of books about Mora. Players can get the dropped Elder Scrolls Online Gold after killing monsters, which is very helpful for players to upgrade their equipment and continue their adventures later.

There seems to be a connection between Necrom expansion and Dragonborn DLC, while the realm of Apocrypha itself doesn't look much different. For example, the early gameplay segments in Elder Scrolls Online expansion pack have polished and similar game environments and creatures.

The new Arcanist class may also earn some Elder Scrolls Online Gold from Skyrim Black Books after it's determined players will continue exploring Apocrypha.

Although Skyrim DLC now allows players to explore in Apocrypha, the main gameplay of the game is still designed around Dragonborn Miraak. Players may discover a powerful Daedric artifact and Oghma Infinium, a tome of lore. Meanwhile, the last Dragonborn has a new champion in Skyrim after being named Hermaeus Mora. This makes sense given that the artifact appears in Elder Scrolls: Daggerfall and Elder Scrolls: Oblivion.

Players may discover Miraak's last location, or even where he and the last Dragonborn just fought. How this Necrom connected Morrowind's city of the dead to the legends surrounding Apocrypha and Hermaeus Mora remains to be seen. Because Daedthisric Prince and his kingdom still have many unsolved mysteries, players will enter a cosmic adventure.
