How To Play Desert Tour?

During Desert Tour, some tiles on Monopoly Go board will come with pickups that look like small cacti, which will bring you event points. As long as you land on these tiles and hit the cactus on the way forward, each cactus can provide you with 2 points. If you have enough dice, increasing the speed of getting points by increasing the dice multiplier will allow you to get all Desert Tour event rewards faster.

In this post, we have detailed all the rewards and milestones for Desert Tour event in Monopoly Go. In addition, we have provided some of the best tips and strategies to help players better complete this event.

When Does Desert Tour Start?

This three-day event will start at 11 am EST on September 21, 2024, and will last until 4 pm EST on September 24, 2024. 14 of the 50 rewards for this event are event tokens for Desert Bloom Partners.

How To Play Desert Tour?

You can earn points by landing on black and yellow tire pickup points around the game board, which will earn you two points multiplied by the dice multiplier you used when you landed on the block. For example, if you roll a dice with a 10x multiplier, you will score 20 points. If you use a higher dice roll multiplier when landing on a square with a pickup marker, your score will also be multiplied by the dice roll multiplier.

The best position is always changing when you land on the tile. Don’t always use too many dice which may cause you to accidentally lose a bunch of dice, and also pay attention to the points required for the milestone, because this is the next opportunity to win more dice and continue rolling dice.

Don’t rush to complete the partner event build. In order to use the dice more effectively, you should be patient and spread your progress over the three days of the event to match the various tournaments running at the same time as the event.

The best way to participate is to use the tournament milestones as a guide, and then when the next tournament starts, continue the main banner event until you reach the level you want in the tournament, and then reach the banner event milestone and the final tournament day milestone on the last day. These tips can help players save dice and get excellent results.

From the milestones of this event, reaching milestones somewhere between 33 and 38 can earn enough partner event tokens to complete your share in each partner build.

Monopoly Go Desert Tour Event Milestones And Rewards

Completing each milestone of this banner event will earn you 19,435 free dice rolls, 3,780 Flower Tokens, Monopoly Go Sticker packs and a ton of cash rewards. You’ll get a purple sticker pack at milestones 45 and 50, and while they’re difficult to come by, with Monopoly Go ending in a few days, now’s a good time to start packing any last albums with purple sticker packs. To claim all the rewards, you’ll need to earn 38,755 points before the event ends.
