Today I’m going to share with you an Elden Ring build guide, in which I’ll show you my level 150 Zweihander build. In this build, I’ll be using Zweihander as my primary weapon, with Ash of War Lion’s Claw.
If you’re interested in this Zweihander build, or are looking for a Strength build to intimidate your enemies, then this build is for you. This guide will cover everything you need to know about a Zweihander build. Let’s start.
How To Find Zweihander?
For weapons, I like to use Zweihander, a Colossal Sword that scales primarily with Strength and Dexterity. What I love about this weapon is the long range and the infusion of Ash of War, which deals massive damage to enemies.
You can also get this weapon for 3,500 Elden Ring Runes at Isolated Merchants on the westernmost side of this Weeping Peninsula. Note that you can also use the code “CSCCA” to get 5% off.
Ash Of War: Lion’s Claw
For Ash of War on this weapon, I prefer to use Lion’s Claw, because it can cause more poise damage. This way, you can easily break the enemy’s stance. Also, you’ll want to make sure to choose Heavy as your primary Weapon Affinity to increase your Strength scaling. After you defeat that Lion Guardian in Fort Gael, this Ash of War will drop from it.
Incantation
For Incantation, I like to use Flame Grant me Strength. It can increase Physical and Fire Affinity attack power to +20%. You can find this Incantation on the corpse between the two Maneuverable Flamethrowers behind Fort Gael.
For Seal, you can use the most basic one, such as Finger Seal. You can get them from Roundtable Hold’s Twin Maiden Husks for 800 Runes.
Crystal Tears
You can also temporarily boost your damage output by combining Crystal Tears. You can choose Opaline Hardtear. Because it can temporarily offset all physical damage, you receive by 15% for 3 minutes. You can also opt for Greenburst Crystal Tear. It increases your stamina recovery rate by 15 points per second for a short period of 3 minutes.
Talismans
There are also some Talismans that can support this build to reduce your FP consumption and increase your attack power. The first is Carian Filigreed Crest, which reduces that FP cost of skills by up to 25%. This is followed by Dragoncrest Greatshield, which reduces the physical damage you take by 20%.
There’s also the Shard of Alexander, which quickly boosts your attack power by 15%. Last but not least, use Green Turtle Talisman. It increases your stamina regeneration rate by 8 per second.
How Does This Build Work?
For this level 150 build, you’ve got exactly the basic requirements for a Zweihander weapon. In this build, I set Vigor to 45, Endurance to 35, Strength to 78 or more to increase my attack power. And Flame Grant me Strength also requires my Faith to be set to 15.
For armor, I like to wear a Royal Knight Set. But you can actually wear anything you want. As long as it’s not too heavy, can’t roll, and has medium protection for your character.
The way this build works is that first you can consume Crystal Tears and cast Flame Grant me Strength Incantation. After that you can start using Ash of War: Lion’s Claw and keep doing regular attacks to break enemy stances.
That’s all Incantations and gears I need for my level 150 Zweihander build, and how the build works. Hope this guide helps you create an optimal build for your play style.
