How To Get To Temple Town Ruins?
Temple Town Ruins are located in Rauh Base. If you can’t find them, you can first find Ancient Rauh Ruins, which is just below it. After you defeat Rellana, head to Moorth Ruins in Scadu Altus. Once there, head northeast to the lake with ghost worms. You will see a tunnel in front of you.
After walking out of the tunnel, you will come across a poisonous swamp. Here you can use your Torrent and cross this dangerous area until you reach Rauh Base area. Once in this area, continue straight in the same direction until you find Golems. After defeating them briefly, continue forward and you will reach Temple Town Ruins.
Before entering Temple Town Ruins, you will also find a map fragment of Rauh region at the door. Please keep this fragment safe, as it will be used later. If you want to go to Temple Town Ruins Site of Grace, you need to cross the river, and Site of Grace will be on your left.
Temple Town Ruins Exploration Process
Before you are ready to enter Temple Town Ruins, make sure you have Revered Spirit Fragment. If not, you need to go to the south of the ruins and find a headless statue, where the fragment is. Once you have confirmed it, you can enter the ruins. The first thing you need to reach is a large building in the center of the ruins.
This large building is surrounded by walls, but you will find a small hole in the south side. Go inside and then go up the stairs directly. As you move forward, you will find an elevated ledge behind you, and inside it is an undead with a pot on its head.
When you jump onto the ledge, you can fight it or ignore it, as it does not provide you with any XP other than some Elden Ring Runes. Then keep walking forward until you find a Scadutree Fragment on the ground. After picking it up, you can return the same way.

Two-Handed Sword Talisman
After you return to the previous position, continue to move forward. Soon after you walk out, you will see a Horned Warrior holding a greatsword. At this time, you need to defeat it, because when it sees you, it will start to attack you.
Also, don’t worry too much about Horned Warrior being defeated early. There are Marika statues all around to keep you entertained in the fight. After defeating them using some strategy, go up the stairs and look to the left. You’ll see a treasure chest containing a Two-Handed Sword Talisman.
Two-Handed Sword Talisman can increase the attack power of any two-handed weapon by 15%, but it should be noted that this is for the two-handed weapon, not for each hand holding a two-handed weapon, such as Backhand Blade.
If you are using Strength builds that require two-handed giant weapons, then Two-Handed Sword Talisman will be one of your best helpers.
Spirit Ashes Of Divine Bird Warrior Ornis
After you get Two-Handed Sword Talisman, you can take a break at Temple Town Ruins Site of Grace. Continue walking north and you will find three red pests. Be careful of the harmful lines that the red pests shoot, so be careful to avoid them.
After defeating the red pests, turn right and you will see a Spiritspring. At this time, be sure to use your Torrent to jump onto Spiritspring, because you cannot land on a building in Temple Town Ruins by jumping on it alone.
There will be a box in the middle of the building with some crafting material and Elden Ring Runes. After picking it up, you need to go around the ledge of this building and jump to another cliff. Keep going in the current direction until you find a sanctuary-like structure.
There will be a chest with Spirit Ashes of Divine Bird Warrior Ornis you are looking for.
Two-Headed Turtle Talisman
You can explore these bonus items in any order, as the last item is very far from the location of Two-Headed Turtle Talisman.
To find Two-Headed Turtle Talisman, you need to go to the south of Temple Town Ruins and descend along a circle of ledges to the bottom of the lake. You will find a small rift just below the waterfall. Once you crawl into it, you will see Two-Headed Turtle Talisman on a corpse in the center of the cave. There are also three angry ghost worms guarding around it, which will start to attack you when you enter the cave. You can also use some simple combat strategies to defeat them.
Two-Headed Turtle Talisman is a more powerful version of the regular Green Turtle Talisman, which can help you increase the recovery rate of Stamina. If you have participated in some difficult boss stations before, you must know that the recovery speed of Stamina is very important, because you can’t let your Stamina value drop to the minimum when attacking or dodging.
If you face some bosses that require a long fight in the subsequent boss battles, you can equip Two-Headed Turtle Talisman. After getting Two-Headed Turtle Talisman, you can choose to continue exploring the lake just now to the south, and eventually you will reach Ellac River area. Or you can choose to continue exploring this area and find some more interesting events.
