After entering this mission, you will first be interrogated by the team led by Adler and Woods as Jane Harrow, and gradually obtain various clues related to Pantheon’s plan while facing her troubled past. These clues intersect with the events of Checkmate level, ultimately leading you to the end of the game’s story.
This mission is actually composed of two parts: puzzle solving and parkour. While the former only requires you to use your wisdom, the latter requires you to have proficient operation proficiency. How To Crack The Codes In The Mission?
Once Separation Anxiety mission begins, you can follow a path through the house to find young Jane Harrow, and interacting with her will trigger a flashback of her experience with her and her parents being attacked in her home.
In this scene, Jane’s mother instructs her to hide under the bed, which will gradually transition the scene to a fragment of Jane’s personal imagination, where you will encounter a mirror that symbolizes her memories. As you try to restore her memories through this mirror, Jane’s other self, the commander of Pantheon, will appear and destroy the mirror. You will then need to solve some codes and complete related actions to obtain the mirror fragments to restore the mirror.
To do this, you must first complete Jane’s scavenger hunt to obtain a three-digit code to unlock the drawer containing the mirror fragments. Here are the methods of how to obtain three numbers of the code.
Tea Party Code
You will see a note on the scene. Please read the content of the note and follow the prompts to go to the marked point on the map. Once you arrive, enter the designated area and you will find a tea party set up here. The note on the table tells you to count the guests and double the number. Follow the prompts and you will get the first code number 8.
Scouts Code
Return to the center of the scene and go to the building located here. You will find a dim space illuminated by a small fire, but there is a white light projected onto a cabinet full of trophies. When you approach the cabinet, you will get a note asking you to count the number of trophies and badges, and subtract the latter from the former, and you will get the second answer: 1.
Desk Code
Go to the last marked location, enter the corresponding building, and walk to the end of the corridor. You will find a desk with a lamp on the floor illuminating it, allowing you to see three test papers scattered on the table. The highest score is 9, which is also the last number required to complete the code.
Once you have the three numbers above, find the locked box and enter the code in the order specified in the note you found, which is 918, to unlock the drawer containing the mirror fragments successfully.
Power The Four Generators
Entering 918 will give you the first mirror fragment, and placing it will trigger a flashback that takes you back to Jane’s childhood home, under her bed. You can now witness her mother’s death from her childhood perspective, and her father’s actions of hiding her in the closet, and this memory will then take Jane to the abandoned testing facility where Cradle was researched.
To get the next fragment, you need to open the door and follow the yellow crane. Once you reach the corresponding position, the yellow crane will immediately break, causing you to fall to the next level. Once you get up, you will find four scattered generators around you, and you need to re-power them to start the elevator in the building to get the next mirror fragment.
After successfully starting the elevator, you will take it to the yellow stairs of the broken crane path, and you need to assemble a fragment along this route to retrieve the second mirror fragment.
After placing the second fragment into the mirror, the mission story will flash back to when Jane was a child hiding in a closet and witnessed the brutal murder of her father, which also explains why the mirror has such a deep connection with her memory and why she has always been committed to finding the truth about her parents’ deaths.
The mission plot will then transition to Jane’s period as a CIA agent. She originally hoped to find the truth here, but after arriving at the top-secret repository, she found that the files related to her parents were missing. At this time, her evil personality will intervene and kick her into a series of floating illusory memory islands.
