Monopoly Go players, take note! The critically acclaimed Tycoon Racers event returns on September 5th and will run until September 9th. During this time, you can experience the same fun as before, but with very different rewards. As before, you still need to team up with three of your friends or strangers and compete with three other teams in a series of races to win big prizes. Tycoon Racers Rewards

You can get a lot of rewards in Tycoon Racers, but it should be noted that these rewards are shared by the team, and you can participate in the tournament on your own and try to win the first prize. You can also get some of those Monopoly Go Cards you want as rewards in tournaments.

During the event, there will be a competition every day. At the end of the competition, your team will receive a certain number of medals. Your team’s Tycoon Racers rewards depend on how many medals you win. It’s important to note that you can win double medals in the last race.

Tycoon Racers Competition Phase

In this Tycoon Racers Event, the whole is divided into two phases: preparation phase and competition phase. The following is their specific information.

Phase 1

In the preparation phase of Tycoon Racers, you need to choose your teammates, form a team, and then wait for matching. Of course, the time you choose your teammates cannot exceed 24 hours.

If your team needs to change members during this period, it is also possible, but it is not allowed after the members are determined. The next step is to wait for the game to match you with three teams, and then start your competition.

Phase 2

As I just said, after you form a team, you will participate in three competitions. Each competition will give you a corresponding number of medals based on the ranking of the team. Then, in the last game on the last day, the number of medals you get will be doubled.

The following is the number of medals you get for the top four in each game.

First Game

• 1st: 10 Medals
• 2nd: 8 Medals
• 3rd: 6 Medals
• 4th: 4 Medals

Second Game

• 1st: 10 Medals
• 2nd: 8 Medals
• 3rd: 6 Medals
• 4th: 4 Medals

Third game

• 1st: 20 Medals
• 2nd: 16 Medals
• 3rd: 12 Medals
• 4th: 8 Medals

After the three games, your total medals for the three days will be added up and ranked. You will get rewards for different rankings.

How Does Build A Team?

The steps to form a team in this Tycoon Racers event differ from those in previous partner events. First you need to click Team Up button on the right side of the screen. Then click one of the empty avatar circles with a green plus icon on the screen. Here you can send invitations to your friends and accept or decline invitations to form a team.

If you don’t have enough active friends, you can also use the search bar at the bottom of the screen to find unknown players from all over the world. If you wish to leave your current group before confirming your team, you must click on the red icon in the bottom right corner of your avatar.

If you can’t find a group at the end of the team building phase, or your team does not have four players, you will be assigned to a team or a random player will be assigned to you.

How Does Get More Flags?

When the event starts, at the beginning of the team building phase, you will see a lot of flags on the most commonly used Monopoly Go game board. They are important special tokens in this Tycoon Racers event, just like the pickaxes you need in partner events.

You can earn these flags through the following methods in-game, and remember, the more of these flags the better.

Board Tiles

Landing on a Monopoly Go board tile with a flag icon on it will earn you a flag. Flags are awarded at a 1:1 ratio based on your current gameplay multiplier.

Tournaments

Earn Tycoon Racer flag by completing milestones in leaderboard tournaments. Earn additional flags as rewards by achieving higher positions on the leaderboard.

Daily Quick Wins

Besides rolling dice, completing daily quick wins rewards players with a certain amount of flags and Monopoly Go Stickers.

Daily Free Gifts

You’ll receive flags as part of your daily gifts for free, along with bonus dice rolls during gameplay.

Lap Complete Milestones

When you complete a certain number of laps in a race, you’ll reach a Lap Complete Milestone, at which point you’ll be awarded a few reward options. You may be awarded a flag as a reward option.
