Scopely, with its popular mobile game Monopoly Go, is hosting a special cat-themed tournament this week. The tournament will begin at 2PM EST on August 6 and run until 2PM EST on August 8. Participants can earn points by stealing money from their friends’ banks or destroying their upgrades.

This week, a new cat emoji has been added to Monopoly Go’s rewards, the fifth emoji to be introduced since August. However, it’s difficult to get it, so get ready to start your competitive journey in this week’s Monopoly Go tournament.

How To Play Paw Pageant?

Paw Pageant tournament, which runs in conjunction with Nine Lives Luxury event, will be completed over two days, and it will also be held immediately after Nine Lives Luxury event. While we haven’t yet confirmed the theme of the next tournament, we will enjoy the company of these cats!

In Monopoly Go’s tournaments, you’ll need to land on railroad tiles around the board to earn points for Paw Pageant tournament. Plus, you’ll earn extra points from Nine Lives Luxury events, which means every Shutdown or Bank Heist you land on will earn points toward both events!

• If you succeed, you will get four points

• Small Heist earns four points
• Large Heists earn six points
• Bankrupt earns eight points

Besides a ton of purple sticker packs that will help you get those last few rare golden Monopoly Go Cards you need to complete your Monopoly Games album, there’s also a new emoticon.
