How To Earn Points From Canyon Climb Event?

You still need to land your board tokens on Railroad tiles and complete either Shutdown or Bank Heist mini-games to earn points in Canyon Climb tournament, but because this tournament is shorter and the number of points required in the milestones is higher, the points awarded in Bank Heist are doubled.

This Desert Tour is still a single-player event. It has officially started on March 27, 2025 and will last until March 29, which means you have two days to enjoy it! How To Play Desert Tour?

During Desert Tour, some tiles on Monopoly Go board will come with pickups that look like small cacti, which will bring you event points. As long as you land on these tiles and hit the cactus on the way forward, each cactus can provide you with 2 points. If you have enough dice, increasing the speed of getting points by increasing the dice multiplier will allow you to get all Desert Tour event rewards faster.

The new partner event Desert Bloom Partners has arrived, and you and your partner need to collect Flower Tokens in tournament events, banner events, and daily check-ins. Complete the 4 builds of Desert Bloom Partners and you’ll get a Wild Sticker or Swap Pack and Desert Lizard Board Token!

This event lasts for 24 hours, and you have between 1pm EST on March 27, 2025 and 1pm EST on March 28, 2025, to earn points for this tournament.

How To Earn Points?

All 40 milestones of Thorny Triumph require 32,725 points to unlock. You need to keep your pawn on the railroad grid to score points. You will randomly enter one of Bank Heist and Shutdown, and complete mini-games to get different scores.

A 2-day single-player banner event, Desert Tour, is also ongoing, where you need to collect event markers on the board to score points. The minimum score is 2 points. If there are multiple grids in front of your pawn that can score points, you can use a multiplier on the dice, which will multiply the points you earn in Thorny Triumph or Desert Tour banner event by the multiplier you set, to maximize the efficiency of the dice.

However, Roll Treasures will end at 1pm EST on March 27, so players who want to collect Pickaxes Tokens need to hurry.

Date

Cutlass Clash tournament will end at the same time as Roll Treasures event. The duration of this tournament will start at 12pm EST on March 26, 2025, and will last until 1pm EST on March 27, 2025. You can collect Pickaxes Tokens the rest of the time. If you don’t use up all Pickaxes Tokens before the event ends, the remaining tokens will be converted to Dice, so don’t worry about wasting them.

How Do You Earn Points?

The total points required for 40 milestones are 32,725 points, the same as Barrel Roll tournament. When you maneuver your pawns onto the railroad grid on the board, you’ll start Shutdown or Bank heist mini-game. At the end, you’ll be awarded points based on how well you complete the mini-game.

Meanwhile, Captain’s Quest is also going on, and you’ll earn points for Captain’s Quest banner event by landing on Chance, Community Chest, and Railroad grids.

So when you have several grids in front of you that can score, you can use a multiplier on your dice. This method can increase your efficiency in scoring. If you’re low on dice, or want to save some dice for the upcoming Prize Drop and Sticker Drop events.
