Madden 25: Top 10 Best Middle And Outside Linebackers Revealed

Posted: Aug 09, 2024

EA Sports recently revealed the top 10 rated linebackers in Madden NFL 25. In Madden, players at every position are ranked, including three different types of linebackers: middle linebacker, right outside linebacker, and left outside linebacker. Although all linebackers share some common traits, it is still possible to find unique characteristics when comparing outside and middle linebackers.

Middle linebackers often play a similar role in defense to quarterbacks on offense, however, the highest-rated quarterbacks in Madden tend to get more attention. They receive play calls on the sidelines and are responsible for relaying information to their team. Besides running the play, middle linebackers are asked to complete tasks ranging from pass blocking to blitzes, showing their versatility.

MLB players usually have the most tackles on their teams, which means a strong middle linebacker is an important part of any team’s defense. In the game, if you want to build a strong defensive lineup, the role of Madden 25 Coins cannot be ignored. They are essential to getting a top middle linebacker like Fred Warner in Madden NFL 25.

Following Warner is Baltimore Ravens’ Roquan Smith. In fact, Smith surpassed Warner in solo tackles and total tackles last year, although he was slightly lacking in interceptions and sacks. Nevertheless, Smith is undoubtedly an outstanding player, and his addition makes the Baltimore Ravens’ defensive strength in Madden NFL 25 not to be underestimated.
