Source: IGGMHere I’m going to share with you a new Diablo 4 guide, Finding Altars of Lilith. I’m going to find the 28 Altars of Lilith in Fractured Peaks and arrange them in one of the most logical lines at the end. Not only can you see the map, but you can also learn the exact location of each Altar of Lilith in Fractured Peaks.
You’ll see the first Altar of Lilith during Prologue, and it’s the only one you’ll see until you finish Prologue. Just after you complete Church quest and leave to find Hermit’s Abode, you’ll see it on the left.
The whole point of Prologue is to take you to Kyovashad. Even though you’ll pass some locations where you’ll see Altars of Lilith later, you won’t be able to see and interact with them until Prologue is complete.
Once you’ve finished Prologue, you can find the 2nd Altar of Lilith here. As you get closer, you can see where you need to go on the minimap. You should be able to see the location of the third change on the map. You need to fix that position and turn up. Clear all the enemies and you’ll find the 3rd place there.
The 4th is not far away, but you need to work a little to get there. Between the 4th and 5th is the town of Nevesk. You’ll remember this as the first town you visit when you enter the game. If you don’t have a waypoint yet, you can click on it to get it. Then fix the position of number 5 and go in that direction.
Number 5 is the location we visited in Prologue, but Altar wasn’t there. If your map is not already open, you may need to guess where to put Map pins on number 6. And number 6 it hides in a little nook and crannie.
Number 7 is not far away. But the problem is it’s inside a stronghold. If your character has not reached level 15, you will still not be able to enter until the stronghold event starts. So you better be at least level 15 before starting. Of course, you can also choose Diablo 4 Boosting Service to upgrade your level.
The place you’re looking for on the map is in the second area. You need to enter Church according to the directions on the map. Be aware that once you speak in Church, everyone inside will become hostile.

Almost every building has a battle associated with it. If you don’t want to clear the stronghold, you don’t have to take the most direct route to the changed house. From every house, you will almost spawn Demons from underground. Altar of Lilith you’re looking for is just behind Demon statue. So you have to clear it out.
Next, you should be able to see the location of number 8 on the map. This one might be hard to see at first because branches and things sometimes get in the way, but you can see it below.
At number 9, you may have to guess a bit. You just drop a pin in the general area here until the map opens. Once the map is open, it’s in this little notch.
Number 10 will be within this general area. Because you are passing through the town of Menestad. Get waypoints if you don’t have one. With the map open, you can see more clearly where you’re going.
Open the map, and you’ll see the area where number 11 is located here. This is one of the few times it’s not actually in the nub, but on the opposite side of the nub. Afterwards, the map opened to the location of number 12. Once you’re there, it’s easy to find.
Then number 13 is located at another stronghold. However, this one is above level 30. Fighting these enemies directly can be a bit difficult if you’re at a lower level, and there is a corresponding Diablo 4 Gold reward drop if you manage to kill all the monsters.
But luckily, you don’t need to kill anything to get to this point. You can sneak into this area from here, take an immediate right and climb up the ladder. You just run along this wall and you’ll see Altar at the bottom.
Number 14 is just above this area. When you get there, it’s easy to find. You almost see number 15 right after you open the map. Number 16 is around here, literally just outside Kyovashad. Once the map is open, you can retarget to this small area here. It’s a cliff, and you’ll need to climb down a little, and you’ll find it right around this little bend.
Number 17 is in a small sunken area. You just have to recognize its entrance on the map. Number 18 is just a little further north around this area. Once the map is open, this is where it is. When you get there, sometimes it blends into the side of the cliff. The map should be large enough that you can see where number 19 is. It’s just behind this small cliff area.
The position of number 20 is a bit odd. You need to figure out where you can click to change the position. The best for me seems to be on its back. But once you’ve dealt with that, there’s nothing left.
Number 21 is another stronghold, and unlike the other two, you actually have to clear this stronghold to get into where Altar is. Altar is located inside the house, and it will remain blocked as long as it is an enemy stronghold. Once you’ve cleared the keep, you can enter the house and get your Altar.
Numbers 22 and 23 are also here, easy to find when you get there. But you’ll need to climb down and deal with any enemies you come across. But when you’re done, the altar will get smaller. Number 24 is in this sunken area. When you get there. It’s right behind this little tent.
Number 25 is just below this area. Once the map opens for you, chances are you’re right next to it. Next, you’ll pick a spot near here to find number 26. It doesn’t look like a creek on the map, but it’s at the end of the creek.
As you head towards number 27, you’ll notice that you’re passing through the town of Yelesna. So grab a Waypoint if you need to. You’ll need to wriggle a bit to open the map, and Altar is right next to this little cave window.
Now, number 28 is also the last Altar of Lilith in Fractured Peaks. When you get there, you’ll find it’s in a recess, and the Altar isn’t hard to find.
All in all, I hope you all make it to the end. Here is a map of Fractured Peaks with all Altars of Lilith's locations numbered. Hope this helps, good luck.
