Source: IGGMThere are many game modes to experience in Black Ops 6 at present, and the most classic and popular one is undoubtedly the zombie mode. This mode brings you a variety of different objectives and Easter eggs through interesting maps, as well as different types of zombies to enrich your BO6 experience.
And as you enter higher-level rounds, you will also fight stronger zombies, and the elite zombies that arrive at the end may even cause you to fall into chaos. It is worth knowing that there are currently eight types of zombies in CoD Black Ops 6. Mastering the method of killing each type efficiently can definitely make you dominate the zombie mode.
Based on this, we will introduce you to these eight types of zombies and how to defeat them.
1. Zombie
This is the most common type of zombie in BO6. Their attributes are not strong at the beginning, but as the battle stage continues to advance, their attack speed will gradually increase, their movement speed will also be faster, and they will be more difficult to kill.
Although hitting their body can also cause damage, headshots will have a better effect, causing five times the damage and bringing some extra points, so that you can upgrade faster. Or you can try to line up Zombies so that you can kill more zombies with one shot with your lethal equipment by reducing the movement of the gun when aiming.
But either method requires some proficiency in your operation. Therefore, it is best to practice diligently in BO6 Bot Lobbies and try to choose maps that you are not good at dealing with to avoid mistakes when encountering Zombies in formal battles.
2. Armored Zombie
Compared to ordinary zombies, Armored Zombie only looks like it has an extra gray helmet and can drop more armor plates. They usually appear from the 9th round, and although you can also kill them with headshots, you must first use up their helmets.
For Armored Zombie, using FMJ Fire Mod can be a reliable strategy. It can enhance your bullet penetration and let you bypass the protection that Armored Zombie has directly. Therefore, you have a good chance to kill it before the armor of Armored Zombie is exhausted, saving time and ammunition.
3. Heavy Zombie
Heavy Zombie is more tanky than other zombies. It is covered in armor, so hitting it only in the body is a waste of bullets. Headshots are your only option. Like Armored Zombie, Heavy Zombie is hard to resist armor-piercing bullets, and it is more likely to drop armor plates.
Heavy Zombie usually starts to spawn in round 17 and above. If you want to hit them with headshots, the best way is to use Shock Stick to immobilize them beforehand, or get Deadshot Daiquiri Perk-a-Cola.
4. Vermin
Small and fast targets are usually the most troublesome enemies in Zombie mode, such as Vermin. Besides being agile, these spiders can climb walls and make it difficult to hit them with unpredictable movements. At first, they appear in special waves starting from round 6, but gradually become more common in regular rounds.
Fortunately, Vermin is vulnerable to Cryo Freeze Ammo Mod. In addition, they have very low health, and one or two headshots can end your mission directly. So remember to keep high mobility when you encounter them.
5. Parasite
If you think Vermin is already troublesome, then the flying Parasite will definitely give you a headache. And they will even spray acid at you, causing vision impairment besides damage. Especially if they appear in the higher rounds in the narrow corridors of Terminus, the blow they cause to you will be catastrophic.
However, Parasite has the same weakness as Vermin, it is difficult to parry Cryo Freeze Ammo Mod, and this weakness will spread to other Parasites. Parasite will also appear as a single enormous group in certain rounds, and because of their low health, you can quickly eliminate them with a few headshots.
6. Mangler
Mangler should be the first elite enemy type you encounter in Zombies mode, and the subsequent rewards it brings are also rich. They first enter the map in round 11 and have a cannon with a vast range that can penetrate objects. While this enemy type has a low overall damage output, the slight dizziness after each hit will definitely hinder you.
Fortunately, Mangler is afraid of Napalm Burst Ammo Mod, which you can use to your advantage by targeting its head and cannon arm directly and providing exposed areas to deal with a lot of critical hits after breaking through its initial armor. For added value, Mangler often drops score strikes and special items.
7. Abomination
Abomination is the most powerful elite zombie in Liberty Falls map in Zombie Mode, and first appears after round 15. While it doesn’t deal with significant damage, it can launch deadly ranged attacks, including Aetherium Blast and charging assault. And direct collision will confuse you, making you vulnerable to attacks from nearby monsters.
However, Abomination’s main weakness is its head, which will burst when you deal enough damage to it, reducing the number of targets. In addition, this enemy type is afraid of fire, so using Napalm Burst or Brain Rot Mod with a Molotov can cause serious damage to it.
8. Amalgam
As a melee elite zombie in Terminus, Amalgam has powerful attacks and speed. Its unstoppable grab attack can put you in danger, and it can restore its own health. Although its health is not as good as Abomination, it is more deadly in a zombie group.
When you are cornered by these monsters, it is recommended to aim for its yellow glowing skull to cause maximum damage. For more powerful, try to unlock Dead Wire or Shadow Rift Ammo Mod through Boosting service. And if you have Ray Gun in your arsenal, it will also be a splendid weapon to deal with Amalgam.
Based on the above introduction, I believe you will find that having reliable equipment will be more effective when dealing with these zombies. So enter IGGM Discord and get some equipment through the game giveaway information there now!
