If you want to get the Legendary Protection Skill Rune, you must collect all 7 Omnium Stars. Omnium Stars are a type of collectible you can only get after you reach Punika. Since the drop rate of this collectible is not 100%, it is very rare.

When you use the Legendary Protection Skill Rune, your character gains 12% of their maximum health as a shield for increased protection. The buff also needs to be activated after you cast the skill.
