Can I select multiple games to promote at the same time?
Currently, when you register for the Affiliate Program on IGGM.com, you can only select one game to start your campaign. If you need to select more games, please contact [email protected] to request more permissions.
Why does my Affiliate link not count orders?
- Reason 1: The cookie of your IGGM Affiliate link is valid for 24 hours. If you enter IGGM.com more than 24 hours later, the statistical validity of your exclusive link will expire and you need to click it again.
- Reason 2: If the customer enter IGGM through external advertising (such as Facebook ads or Google ads) or click someone else‘s IGGM Affiliate link accidentally, your Affiliate link will also expire.
Why did I fail to apply for an Affiliate link?
If you do not fill in the promotion method clearly or do not fill in the personal information truthfully, it may lead to failure.
How much commission can I get?
You can take 10% of the sales of each completed order as your commission. If you are the head of an organization with a lot of fans or community members, you can get a higher commission. Please contact [email protected] for details.
When can I withdraw my commission?
After each order is completed for 30 days, the commission will be released to your wallet. You can initiate a withdrawal every day, and the minimum amount for each withdrawal is 50 USD.
How to withdraw my commission?
When there is at least 50 USD in your account balance, you can initiate a withdrawal. After about three working days, the staff will approve your withdrawal application and transfer the money to the account of the payment method you filled in at the beginning.
What about withdrawal handling fee?
If the withdrawal amount incurs a handling fee, IGGM will not bear the handling fee.
Why didn’t I receive my commission?
If IGGM has already issued withdrawal commission because the user filled in the wrong account, we will not bear the loss. Therefore, before initiating a withdrawal, please carefully check whether the account information you filled in is correct. IGGM currently pays you through PayPal, Alipay and USDT.

- Only successfully completed orders can calculate commissions. Orders that are not paid, being refunded, refunded, or in dispute are not counted.
